Y'all, let me clear some shit up. Yes, it is firm when you get it. You got firm gel memory foam AND coils underneath that. I also complained that it was a bit too firm after sleeping on it for a few nights. But I've had it for a few weeks now and it has softened up a bit and it is absolutely perfect. I have the pressure relief I was expecting and the support for my lower back that I need. This is a solid bed and well worth the cost, so give it time and quit complaining.
The Sleep Sherpa I believe there are several models , some in the BRX-1000 and BRX-3000 lineup. It would be nice to know what we are watching . Good Bed, covers all of the beds with model numbers and goes in depth on each product. I highly recommend his channel .
Doc Holiday it took me about a month to break her in, but then I also bought a 2 inch memory foam mattress topper from amazon for even more comfort & now I sleep like a stoner

If you buy directly from the Beautyrest website this is what they call it. Only the stores give you the confusing model numbers.
