Very nice but SLOW down a little! You're too rushed through out the video. You do not give a person time to see something and you're already on the next room.
Ha, thank you Kimberly! Most people dont like watching 5 min videos(I've learned the hard way), and its tough to cover 3,000 sq ft in a video that keeps someone interested. I'll slow down in the future but that's why I put all the pictures I had at the end. Thank you for the feedback!

The floor plan is awesome but I'm concerned about the "bonus room" at 4:08.
1. Could it be finished with its own separate room door?
2. Could we get a 2 car garage added to this house?
3. Could we get this house finished & planted in Sussex County Delaware?
If all of this is doable I'll take it for a great price. I'd like to beat $100k. Still gotta buy the land ya know. I'm seriously interested.
Unfortunately, I do not think so. As far as your first 2 questions are concerned, there are several options for that bonus room. Adding a door would be no problem at all. I'm confident a 2 car garage can be added, however I would recommend getting one built on site. Thanks for the comment!
