I can see the appeal of Jayden, but I don't see anticipation, he has all day to throw, he has an absurdly skinny frame, and he doesn't slide when he should. Hes up there with Penix as one-injury-away-from-being-another-Carson-Wentz type of career. He reminds me of RG3 and we all know how bad it got when he tore his knee up. I don't like running QBs and if you look at their history I think I'm warranted by avoiding them. Cam declined significantly and Lamar didn't get it done against the Chiefs. Why take Daniels when you can have a generational LT in Joe Alt? Why take Daniels when you can get Marvin Harrison Jr at a position that is much easier to evaluate and develop than the QB? Maybe Jayden can develop his timing and put on some weight, but there definitely is red flags people just straight up ignore.
Jayden Daniels is a polished pocket passer. That is the big difference between him and the other guys you named. He does need to add some weight. Another 5 or 10 pounds would be enough. But other than that he is super talented and a guy whos ready to start day one.

Takes way too many unnecessary hits. As a Washington fan and living through the RG3 Era, I still have PTSD from him attempting to run over people. How did that end for him? For the love of god just get down man. Stop trying to run people over for an extra yard. You even sniff an opposite player just slide. Do you know why Brady lasted 20 years? He didn't take unnecessary hits. In his case, he didn't slide he just threw it away. I don't care what NFL players say, the defensive guys are out there head-hunting running QBs and love laying the wood. Just get down and live to play another day.
