There was another youtuber who explained that while leveling you can go to a place to buy a stone and you can destroy your leveling gear and get all infusions back and things you put into it then at the vendor you can repurchase the questing gear this way you going to make it so you have your first stat perfect and then upgrade it you get 3 reroll to make your second stat perfect. It would be nice if you made a video about it cuz you really explain everything calm and relaxed.

Does not work on Hiram Gear. If you mess up and upgrade your Hiram to a level higher than you can use are your characters level, you are done. There is no way to undo upgrading Hiram too high.
Any news about that? I'm courious too.
damn. wish you mentioned that you need to be lvl 50 to use the hiram gear. I just enhanced all my gear to hiram but i am only level 46 and now i am unable to wear my gear.
I mean it will literally tell you what its upgrading too. Blacked out with a big number 50 if you arent that level

If u just hover ur mouse over the shown new gear before upgrade, it will just show the required lvl

Hi, I assume you are sending some feedback to gamigo from your fanbase. If you do could you please point out that there is now way to get a new bow or lute/flute if you destroy it. Unless you know some way to get one and can tell us about it😊
From what I understand you use and upgrade the same gear to Hiram and beyond, right? But when are dropped gear viable? Do dropped gear have a place other than being placeholders when you don't have upgrade materials? Let say the BC drops around level 33-35 for example. I'm totally new to Archeage and are confused :)

you get this gear in your first 10 levels from green story quests. They come in boxes and you keep them with you until max level.

Ok Belamy I have a couple questions.
1. What are the stats that a mage wants on gear, Im assuming Intelligence/Stamina for first stat but what about the next stat? I'm assuming Toughness/Resilience is preferred but what else would be ok?
2. If your stats are crap because of the RNG god, can you break them down even after you are on the 3rd tier? Would you get all the scrolls and infusions for each level (green, blue, purple) so you could reroll until you get the perfect stats?
Hey Belamy, can we know the realy difference between 2H staff / Scepter Dagguer / Scepter shield ? :S
i've heard they are buffing (orbuffed) staffs to equal scepter shield, i could be wrong tho
Depends on what you want to play.
Scepter + shield --> more sustain/tanky mage
Scepter + any secondary --> attackspeed mage aka instant spell using mages (e.g. malediction skills, dropback flamebold, ...)
Staff --> heavy burst mage (e.g. traditional caster mages)
Hopefully this helps you out to make a decission.

Would this method be better than obtaining a set of quest gear and re-rolling stats using beginner catalyst stones until you get the Primary and Secondary stats you need? Also, if we upgrade this gear, will we still need to farm abyssal mobs for Hiram gear after? Gonna be brand new to the game when Unchained comes out so i'm trying to figure this stuff out. Thanks
Hey man can you please tell me what's your opinion about Cloth vs Plate for mage classes? I have seen in all your builds you prefer cloth but I have read many times people saying that mages with cloth get destroyed by strong melee classes like DR for example, wouldn't be better to use Plate as a mage in order to not get obliterated before you even have the chance to do something... ?
Hey im lookin to play spectre fnatic or spellsinger what kind of substats would you try aim for ? i rolled int on all my pieces already was wondering what second substats to try get? Im quite new so i dont realy get exactly how all the stats scale and weight and i dont wana screw up somethin that i can perfect from the start.

Why do people prefer melee dmg reduc over max hp? Am i missing something Because If i take the stats for a t4 mythic chest 3.4% melee reduction vs 748 hp. lets say your at 20k hp and a melee hits you for 20k. With Hp stat you will have 748 hp left. With melee reduction you'll have 680 hp left. Plus the hp helps vs archery/magic. What dont i understand
Lets say instead you have 30k hp and a melee hits you for 30k: with the dmg stat you will be left with 1.2k hp and with the hp you will be left with 748. Plus the way this mitigation stacks with other sources of % mitigation such as toughness and physical defense makes it even stronger than it seems on paper.
What happens if you got rid of your bow by accident?
Quick question: So if I am a mage going cloth but will have a scepter and shield for my phys def. for my initial stats on them, should I put Strength/? on them to help my phys def or should I put intelligence/stamina on them? If you were rolling that character what would you put on your scepter/shield initial stats?
Im currently at lvl 46 with all gear at unique already, is that ok? Feels like I hit unique too soon?

3% to cloth with piercing weapons (longspear, shortspear, greatsword and sword) spread the world for me please!
Do you have to be rank 50 on Diamond shore to do my main quest as once I reached diamond shore it would give me any new quests meaning I still havnt gotten my rank 3 awakening scrolls yet?

Thank you for this, helped me clear up quite a bit of confusion about upgrading into T1 Hiram from Quest-gear.
So what level should you start upgrading your gear and how much of the infusions/scrolls should you have when you start it?
Also can you provide a chart that tells us what the levels are and what to use? for example:
Tier 1: use Infusions to get to arcane level
Tier 2: Use awakening scroll and then use infusions to get to heroic level
etc.
So I've found most out about gearing but I'm still lost on jewelry (minus that one ring from GHA quest), cape, undergarments, specifically how to get and upgrade this gear. Any way you could explain or make a video on it? Cheers

You should try to get 2/2 perfect stats on your quest gear before you awaken to hiram. Makes things a lot easier.
Do we actually need to do Ocllera rift for the last scrolls. To awaken our gear into t1 Hiram.?

What stats would you want for Darkrunner or Meele classes overall? I'am completly new to AA, so i dont' know.
STR for melee damage, stamina for more HP if u're tanky, but for melee assasin, STR Critic damage Critic chance is the most important stats

Quick question, where do you get the Awakening Scrolls from? I understand the Infusions are from Quests, Dailies, and npc drops in Auroria, right?
awakening scrolls are from quest too. u can get the t1 scrolls from exoloc sungold and couple other plces. t2 is from west hiram. t3 is from east hiram.

its all from main story quest line. The green racial quest you follow from level 1.

Lots of stats depending on your playstyle and challenges but mainly Spirit, Crit heal chance, Crit heal bonus
