The house seems nice but it makes me sad when the owners decide to go cheap on the furniture and interiors. You don't pay $4mill. for a home and then get furniture from Rooms-to-Go.
I think it was just really cheap staging furniture. I don't think anyone actually lived there...they just grabbed a few photos of some random family and put them in the family room.
