I love love love Sokoninaru! And I am obsessed watching the support drummer Shiyu play. There’s something beautifully effortless about his style and he so clearly loves what he’s doing that it’s just lovely to watch.
You basically said the same thing that went through my head when I heard them the first time: "I've never heard anything like this". Hell, I've been listening to them for a couple years and I still don't know how to classify them. That's what puts them at the top of my favorite bands: they basically invented a new sub-genre of music. Check out "Gou Ni Myo". It's somewhere between the two songs you've heard from them so far.
