Going to get one this late winter for my Bobcat ZT2000. My property is very bumpy. I have to mow slowly to keep my internal organs from bruising. I was contemplating buying a Toro with the My Ride suspension system. I just didn't like the looks of the mower. On day, while visiting Tractor Supply, I sat on one they had for sale. It was incredible. Worlds apart from the buckboard wagon ride my Bobcat delivers.
After I installed mine, I noticed on the very bottom of the instructions it says to move the track adjustment handle to the outside so it won't interfere so I had to completely disassemble and switch the tracks.
When you get older, anything you can do to help the jarring to your body is worth it. Hope this works out. I have no idea for sure, but did you check the air pressure of the tires for some shock absorption?

I ordered part # 12530 suspension plate for my Simplicity Broadmore lawn tractor. For the $65.25 price, I figured it'd be worth the attempt.
