My driver side door on my g35 wouldn’t work. But every now and then I could get it to move like 1/2 an inch. I took the motor off and pulled the cover off the motor. It was really dusty/dirty inside so I blew it out with an air hose. The motor contact points were turning slightly green from corrosion, so I gently sanded them to get the bare metal again. Put it back together and it worked great. Didn’t even need to do a relearn.

Nevermind. It died a few days later again. Chinese replacement motor for the win.

I tried this on my Nissan V35, but it didn't work it just reset the window to the bottom and then wouldn't go up I had to hold down the reset button just to move the window back to the top, back to square one

I would recommend trying the method in the video out first, if your window is rolling up and down the motor is working it just needs to relearn the window position. If your window isn’t moving at all then yea you will have to replace the motor. Hope that helps!

You’ll have to take the plastic door panel off and then the metal door panel and unbolt the window motor, I haven’t fully replaced mine yet but i recommended looking up a how to video on it for the details, it isn’t too hard to do yourself with basic hand tools and should take a couple hours at most to do both windows
