Thanks! Yeah, it really surprised me. The breakfast was more complete than on my last flight with them last summer, and the first service with a kind of "elaborated dessert" was the cherry on the top. I will repeat soon with Etihad. Really liked it a lot :)

I've flown on 777-200's but not the 300ER which I'd love to. I've never been to the Middle East but I would like to fly Etihad and Emirates in my lifetime. Have I been to Rome? Yes, over twenty trips to Italy and I always include Rome, my favorite city. I reside on the East Coast of the USA so flights are generally between 7.5 to 8.5hrs to Italy. Over the years I've flown to Europe on the A330, B757, B767, B777, and B787-800. I really love your channel. Great job☆☆☆☆

Muchas gracias! La fama se la lleva principalmente Emirates, pero la verdad es que el servicio en este vuelo fue realmente fantástico. Sin duda, al nivel de mis últimos vuelos con Emirates. La gran ventaja de Emirates es que usan el A380 en la gran mayoría de rutas, y el A380 es insuperable en cuanto a comodidad. Dicho eso, creo que Emirates tiene que ponerse la pilas ya... Qatar Airways está a su mismo nivel y, por lo que he visto en el este vuelo, Etihad también. Como no reaccionen, pierden la primera posición seguro. Respecto a las aerolineas Europeas... jejeje Etihad está por delante de todas en cuanto a servicio en Economy Class. :)
Enjoyable and interesting as usual🙂. I have never transited Abu Dhabi Airport so that was of particular interest. The departure are looked horribly crowded but what stood out was the clarity of the airport announcements. I think a lot of other vloggers have forgotten that only 6% of passengers fly Premium i.e. First + Business so endless prattling on about lounges and perks and 5 star hotel rooms is irrelevant to most of us. Please could you include the price of your ticket when possible? And most importantly did you message Etihad about the state of this 'plane's windows?

@@aboutplanes Yep, they have 5 A350-1000s in service while the A321neos are still on order, They also have the 777-9 in order to either replace the 777-300ER or some A380s. They also also have A321Ceos with IAE Engines which won’t retire until 2026 or 2028.

I guess yes, the European service must be basically the same. They have improved a lot the service since the last flight I did with them the last summer. On a longer route as LHR-AUH it should be even better :)

They’re going to replace these 777s with A350-1000s. While their older A320s are going to be replaced with the A321neo.

My guess is that these windows should not be polished by design... but they did it at some maintenance center..
