I've made mock arms in the past with wood, but it looks like card is more malleable, cheaper and overall better, unless you want structure and weight. And oh would making an aluminium gun be great! You should buy some aluminium sheets and make a plan for an aluminium firearm. And I see you don't make much of shotguns and sniper rifles, but that's okay.

So I have an idea. I like to get into this hobby but I don't have the money or the time or the knowledge to make my own videos... I was thinking the pizza boxes make for a really nice handle but I was trying to think of an easier way to get the rounded effect without the flat edges. My idea was to see how many pizza boxes equal the thickness of cardboard then when a layer gets smaller cut one to the desired size and the rest to the size of the layer before then sand it to that size. Then because it'll take away from the effect of the wood grain you could pre varnish some of the layers at random before glue so you end up with a texture kind of like wood grain. Sorry long explanation and I don't know it'll be understood
What type of cardboard do you use, do you just use chipboard sheets, or did you just cut up boxes. I’m asking because the cardboard you have is really thin so I don’t know if I should use chipboard or a box
It’s usually just card stock he uses I recommend buying card stock that’s just about 1mm also buy a digital calliper it’s like a measuring wrench thing these projects are impossible without one, also don’t get card stock that’s really thick im talking 3mm they are a nightmare to cut.
