yes bro thanks for your suggestion will keep that in mind. for point no 2 yes the cable will not tough the engine it will route below the tank.

There is usb cap available in market .btw there is already a rubber cap which comes with the usb power socket.

Nope,no such issue in my bike.I think give some time to settle.is the squeaking sound in bad road or on good road as well?what’s your weight ?

Nope it is not,you can put a usb cap,other option is you can also remove the cap which is already there on mounter charger point.
