They're both idiots.. i wish lucas would just admit his feelings.. OR make jake come back and sweep peyton off her feet.. maybe then lucas will realise was he's letting go. Not that i'm on peyton's side on this.. she was pretty stupid then hehehe
I admire how Peyton always said how she felt. Most cut throat yet elegant character
What Lucas said to Peyton was unfair especially after the way he treated her all season.

I was mad at Luke when he said that because he had no right to say it, so I was so glad Peyton called him out on it, to the point where I yelled "YES. THAT IS RIGHT. YOU GO, PEYTON." at the screen.
I love this scene. In the beginning of the clip it's so obvious he's jealous when he sees Peyton and the bartender guy flirting. Then when he says "He's not good enough for you," it becomes clear that he's still in love with her and then when Peyton goes and yells at him for saying that you can hear the "I'm just getting over you so don't screw with my emotions," in her voice. I just love this scene. lol
you're right but I think it was obvious he was still in love with peyton way before that, the first time they saw each other after peyton came back to TH at the river court remember? he didn't even wanna hug her and we all know why and even before that when he found a picture of peyton you could see just by the way he looked at her picture that everything was still there (btw the fact that he even had a picture of her you know?) and also at the river court when lucas asked peyton why she didn't come to the book signing in LA also indicated he wsa still so in love with her just the fact he asked about it but also the way he reacted after she told him it was because she didn't think they were meant to be and also after that when lucas told peyton she could have the space at tric to make an office of it and peyton finally told him that she was there at his book signing in LA you could just read it all over his face and the fact that he didn't have a word to say anyway S5 was actually just in general about sings that lucas was indeed in love with peyton even though he literally treated her like crap throughout the whole season
Too Bad it’s crazy how one little second that peyton saw affected who he ended up with. he wanted her to come so they could rekindle but since she saw lindsey kiss him she obviously jumped to conclusions. i don’t even think lucas saw her like that but he realized that lindsey had a thing for him so he just went with it.
that boy LOVED Peyton from the first time he saw her. he just tried to run and hide with other girls, and it never worked out for him. he didn't mean to hurt those people. he just wanted to run from Peyton, but couldn't!

that is what he said to her remember in S4 twice even or 3 times was it? after he woke up from his coma he said that he loved her and that he would always wait for her and right before graduation he told her no matter what happened to either one of them she would always be in his heart and wrote something similar in her yearbook namely that peyton had to remember that he will always love her not matter what happens

THIS is the best scene in the show. The characters in this show do this sort of thing ALL the time and it was super annoying. Lucas was the worst offender. It was nice to see him get called out for it.
