Great idea! I needed some vinegar to descale my water heater and was looking for better quail feeder so it was perfect timing. Got vinegar from Costco and just made it 30min ago. Now I don't have to refill feed for a while. Thx much.

For water I buy the round and auto fill cup and hook it to a 3gal bucket set on top of the cage.

It would help, but I don't think the quails is going to like that and it would sucks if they get their head stuck in there. :)
The center of the hole is about 2" from bottom, not the bottom of the hole.
