Nope, is just the version made in Hong Kong/Malaysia. But they are the exact same quality, the "made in Japan" is only for those that are sold in Japan, also they are often referred as "JDM".
@joseluismalagagranda4785 the piece that you have shall be a J1, meaning that is made in Japan but used the international languages for exports, depens on the market they are exporting the pieces. There are 3 categories: JDM made in japan with English/Kanji languages; J1 made in japan but for exports with international languages (your case, English/Spanish) and K1 which is Made in Hong Kong or Malaysia which are all for international market. In my case I got the English/German version, and is K1
