Bro ..I have a tiago ev purchased on june first..at the time of delivery my executive told me that should be done atleast one first charging in a month , l recently done my first service I asked about the fast charging to my advisor he informed me that there is no compulsory rule for fast charging and maximum avoid fast charging for a healthy battery life..which one is actually correct can you clarify? Nb : And he also told me that charging should finish in 100%(full charge ,(20-100 for better range))
Always try to keep battery charge between 20-80% for maximum battery life. The final 20% from 80-100% can cause a lot of strain on the battery. Once a month you can charge it to 100% for calibration purposes.

The cell balancing is important to juice max level of the battery inserted in each cells of different module ( and is not distributed into single blast section, but rather the slowness is due to charge different last cells to its max tiny capacity in whole circuits of each cell modules
