I just got mine last night and babyyyy! I am in love with it. Today I tested it out and it was fast. It was at 24 mph and I was impressed. Definitely won't be doing 24 often but good to know. The seat sucks lol. I just ordered a seat with a back rest. If you turn it off you can walk it without touching any gears. When you power it on you can't. I paid a little less than you but not much.
