Brandon I need you to find all the female solo agents that are closing at the rate that these men do. I love that you highlight solo agents in the era of hype. But adding a female, juggling mom duties, and business would be refreshing.
Brandon, you've seriously got the best UA-cam channel ever. You got me over my call reluctance and I've already got 7 leads after 7 hours of cold calling. This content doesn't deserve to be free. You're paying it forward man 💪
@badtakovr good, he deserves it. The value I get out of it is more than he makes from me just giving it a watch/like. Maybe you should start making good content if you care so much
Brandon you are the absolute best! I want to connect with you! I admire all your knowledge and dedication to helping other agents improve doing what they love. Thank you for that!
Go back at least a year or more on expireds. Circle prospecting around just listed just sold. They don’t have to be yours. Really any neighborhood you want to be in that has a property you can leverage. Absentee owners etc..
I’ve been calling expireds and feel somewhat confident if talking to them. But I’ve thought about calling areas like neighborhoods and such but idk what to say kinda how to go about it? Any recommendations
How is one able to make all these calls? Is there an app or service where you can get these numbers? Hard to make 150 calls without having 150 numbers, know what I mean? Honest question please help
RedX or Vulcan7. Both have triple dialers for efficiency. Only issue I ran into was a ton of the numbers are on the do not call list so it makes it difficult to have a ton of volume when calling. In my opinion cold calling takes time, you need to understand the property and situation before calling so you have a strategy and gathering that takes a little time so I’m not sure how some of these people cold call so many numbers in a few hours.
Here in Los Angeles, prospects have already started getting calls before 8am and are irate by the time they pick up the phone. I just applied for a loan and get 30 calls/day from mortgage brokers. Now I know what fsbos and expireds feel like 😂😅
You also got to include that You might pay that money and the strategy that he runs might not be the way you want to conduct business then you spent all that money for something you'll never use
Real estate school isn't but $309 with aceable agent then once you pass the schooling you pay $123 for your state test and if you pass it's another $173 to activate your license then once you find a broker you'll wanna work for. You pay an additional $75- $2,000k to get hired on as an agent I work under a digital brokerage so my monthly cost is only $75 a month to keep my MLS on and my first full year which ended about 3-4 week ago I made 236k just making calls and going on listing appointments. So to spend $1,505 for one year turned my life around thanks Brandon for your videos

😂. You are supposed to be the state senator working with NAR for $7k per year cuz men can’t read no more.

Just curious, what’s the main source for your leads ?
Trust me Brandon is not making videos for free every time you like, share and watch he is making money

What is the software that is being used for tracking numbers and ratios? Thanks!
I want to know as well!
Just use an excel spread sheet. I got Brandon’s when he was still doing his mastermind
SISU is what we use.
There aren't enough expireds and fsbos for 3 hours of prospecting a day. Circle prospecting the remainder?
Try calling them all 3 times a day. Morning afternoon evening

This is what we teach. Let me know if it would make sense for a quick call to discuss.
No, it's "would you be completely opposed to giving me a few moments of your time to discuss this over the phone?" 🤣 @@ronvaughn6006
How do you get expired numbers ? Is it possible without Vulcan or redex

I use the triple line dialer from mojo. You can easily make a 100 calls in an hour
I use Vulcan 7!

Does Vulcan let you know which numbers are on do not call list?
I’m not sure about Vulcan. I use mojo and they block you from calling the DNC numbers.
Love this 🔥🔥🔥
What amount of financial buffer would a first year agent need to be alright?
6 months of bills
Please ask him to give us a class on reverse selling group. About rejection.

Hi brandon mentor
What’s the price for coaching?
$5,000-$10,000 annual if you want Brandon to couch you
So monthly you are looking at $833.99
You also got to include that You might pay that money and the strategy that he runs might not be the way you want to conduct business then you spent all that money for something you'll never use
That is a blessing to quit your job. I'm not able to
