These women are Gunners. Guarding on horseback, is not their usual job. They are privates and are given limited instructions. That's why there is more MOD officers present.

These guards seem to lack the authority of the ‘normal’ ones on duty. Can someone please tell me why the change? Standards have dropped and it seems that they just don’t care about boundaries or respect.

I don't know what marmite is, but even so, what the hell would someone be thinking, opening a packet and present it to a horse or any animal. WTH, It's like throwing something to someone on stage from a dark audience, not knowing what's coming at them. Marmite is a yeast extract spread that is very popular in the UK. Like we do with jam, marmite is typically used on toast.
I have no idea what it tastes like. From my understanding, marmite is only sold in the UK
