Before i do a play i have to breath in and out slowly. it works. also act confident and then you will eventually become confident :)
There's this weird stage technique I do before going on stage for either dance or for theatrics but I repeat "meatball, spaghetti, cheese" and i do a hand movement for each one so a clasp my hands and roll them around for meatball and then for spaghetti I spread my hand out so just the fingers are touching and I move my hands as if they were in a wave and then for cheese I just shake my hand and it really works idk why but it does
