Hey Dan, regarding your skin (I hope this helps): skin care products in Brazil have different formulas as the weather is just different, so you don't need a hard core moisturizer over there (only during the night if you're turning the AC on to sleep). The same brands you find in Sweden (e.g. Vichy, Roc, etc) also adapt theor formulas for the Brazilian skincare. So, you can buy a non comedogenic (ask for "protetor solar para pele oleosa") sunscreen from a brand you're familiar with and it should help you. In Sweden it will make your skin feel dry, but you can use it again when you travel to Southeast Asia :) I hope you feel better soon and thanks for all these lovely travel videos ❤️
This is one of the best tourist places in Brazil, but the most beautiful in Brazil is lençóis maranhense and second is the archipelago of Fernando de Noronha. This archipelago has a brutal sea life, nature and cuisine. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
@MASAKI II I think it's just his nickname. but an interesting fact: in Brazil there are many Japanese, about 2 million (Japanese and descendants). the biggest Japanese communication outside of Japan :)
I know this was filmed a long time ago, but Brazil have free med care and even free medications, you could try to find a dermatologist, but if you can't find it you can go to a private one, is waaaaaayyy cheaper than North America and Europe, and the quality of private clinics are excelent. The price go to 15 to 60 dollars top, the 60 dollars ones are like super fancy. I also would recommend go to a dentist, not that you need it ofc, but if you want Brazil have the largest number of dentist in the world, quality is great, very modern and is also waaaaaaaayyy cheaper, is common from people from USA come here just to go to a dentist haha.
I've been there a few times cos my parents are brazilians, nothing can change my mind that Brazil and the US is the richest countries in natural stuff, such a shame their government fucks them over

You should visit Ouro Preto, in the state of Minas Gerais! Land of the biggest gold discovery in human history, It was the most populated city in all of the Americas and the wealthiest town in the whole world during the 18th century. The entire city, built in colonial baroque style, is completely intact, along with dozens of churches filled with gold and silver plated carvings and precious statues and paintings. There are interesting palaces as well, such as the old governor’s headquarters and the ancient state courthouse, where the brazilian most important independence movement was decimated by the portuguese empire, with our national hero hanged in public view. It is the country’s most important historical site and is filled with nostalgia and romance. You won’t regret the trip, I promise you.
And if you do go to Ouro Preto, don’t forget to stop by Belo Horizonte, the capital of Minas Gerais state. It was the first planned city in Brazil and birth place of the world’s modernist architectural movement, where the worldwide renowned architect Niemeyer started his work and style. Pampulha’s modernist neighborhood is a UNESCO World Heritage site, alongside Ouro Preto. You should not miss it. :)
Wow, your videos are amazing, I'm very happy that you're enjoying Brazil, I hope you come to know a little of the beauties of the Northeast, such as the beaches and cities. The state of Sergipe has many beauties that many people do not know like in the cities of Aracaju and Lagarto!

Wow. Those waterfalls are spectacular and so so intense. Keep up the great work guys. I love and enjoy all your vids. Hugs and ❤️❤️❤️ keep safe, well and happy.
This brings tour back great memories. I did Iguazu Falls 11 years ago. I did both the Brazilian and Argentinian side of the falls. I stayed at the Hotel des Cataratas, the pink building behind where the tour bus stopped. Beautiful property, a converted monastery. The falls from either side is spectacular although the Brazilian side had you closer to one of the larger falls. On the Argentinian side you got close to what they called Devil’s Throat. Looks like your next stop is Salvador. I’m sure you’ll find it fascinating.
Wow guys, almost 50 K subs, that’s amazing! And I can say I’ve been here from the very beginning. The footage of those waterfalls was absolutely breathtaking. Love your channel so much. Congrats!❤️👍✈️
It makes me just SO happy and even a little emotional to see you guys having fun and being mesmerized by the country I grew up in, especially when visiting places where I've also been to, like the Iguaçu Falls. I hope you guys really enjoyed your time here, and something tells me by that glorious music you chose for the soundtrack of the waterfalls that you did appreciate them just as much as I do. I hope you don't forget us and come back! P.S: Alaska has a song with rich vocabulary comprising the essentials that all newcomers to Brazil must know. I suggest you give it a listen. 😂

Great video guys. This will definitely date me Dan - but I had two years of Accutane treatment not long after it was approved for use in the USA (so many years ago). I had similar experiences early on - my face was so red people thought I had been skiing all the time - even the cuticles around my fingernails dried up and were painful. But, it does get better - and with time it really worked for me and I’m very glad I stuck with the treatment.
