Also, a fun prompt idea, a couple’s prompt where you read a book that is closest to, and resembles some of your fondest milestones as a couple. Like 1) pick a book that reminds you of your first date 2-pick books occasionally that make you think of hobbies you love to do together (camping, cooking, watching tv, etc.) 3-pick a book that reminds you of your wedding song 4) if you went anywhere on a honeymoon, pick a book that’s based on wherever you went or whatever you did. 5) pick books based on the most special gifts you’ve given each other while dating. You get the idea. Make it challenging too! Don’t automatically look for romance themed books. Find thrillers, horror, fantasy, historical fiction, etc, it keeps it a creative a fun way to celebrate and keep your romance alive. My one friend from a long time ago went to Italy for her honeymoon. So every year on the wedding anniversary date, they make an Italian food spread and watch Italian themed movies.
@@AshlynnCalee awww you’re welcome! You and Ian are super precious to me, and I’m in love with how you two are in love lol Ian is also romantic, and it’s a challenge he can do too because you find different genre books based off of your private and precious times and memories together, and it allows you to choose any genre in case he’s not into super romantic stories. And it makes reading together even more special. Even when Ian has creepy eyeballs watching him read lol (the video he just posted a day or two ago. You’ll see my post, look around the 4:03 mark lol the lights behind him look like devil’s eyes. He didn’t even see them during editing and the Halloween music made it that much funnier). I’m glad you loved the idea. You can even break it up, do a few at Christmas, and definitely during Valentine’s Day to mix things up. Love you guys!!
I am with Ashlynn and no reading the whole series of TOG in a week or in month is not doable unless it’s the only book series they read. I couldn’t read Assassins Blade or Throne of Glass in a month.
Omg Ashlynn you are glowing! Your hair looks so pretty! And I love how you’re going for it and expanding to Patreon! I’m def going to sign up 🥲 you go, girl! 🫶🩷
I’m so proud of how far you’ve come! You deserve all the upcoming success you receive. You and Ian are rock stars and I have high hopes for you two. You are so loved. Heck yeah it’s Ashlynn time!!
i strongly recommend listening to the Audiobook Version of the night circus! it truly elevated my reading experience and made it my all time favourite book!
I like the prompt jar idea and the cards! I’ve seen you and Ian do it a few times now. My method is usually name a bunch of books and ask my bf’s opinion and then not do his suggestion 😅 I just picked up Jade War today, before I watched this! (The bf input was Dresden Files 😂) Excited about your patreon! Congrats! 🎉

I have read “The night circus 🎪 “ recently and I loved it so much! Good choice 👍 I hope you will enjoy it! Prompt ideas: 1) Do not judge a book by it’s cover - read a book with a cover that you don’t like, from your TBR. 2) Long time no see - read a book by the author whose book you have read a long time ago.
If you haven’t read once upon a broken heart trilogy yet I highly highly recommend you read caraval trilogy first!! Caraval is in the same world so it gives a lot of backstory into one of the main characters of once upon a broken heart! I read all 6 of those books these last two months and they were so easy to fly through! I love Stephanie garbers writing! Good luck!!!
Can't wait for your opinions on One Dark Window. I've heard a lot of good things about it. I finally picked up Rock Paper Scissors after you/Ian read it a few videos ago, so far halfway through, and it's definitely getting creepy, but the amount of secrets they have is getting annoying. Just talk to each other haha
I love the cards!!!! I need to get me some. Also love the patreon idea. It’s sounds like exactly what I need but I don’t have the time right now so hopefully in the new year.
Hey Ashlynn! I love your videos! ❤ One Dark Window looks cool 😊 I also highly recommend you to read Ember in the Ashes. It's super fast paced, the characters are so badass, the actions scenes are so good and there's also a love thing going on 🥰

If you read crescent city before throne of glass, you should be fine! it doesn't spoil anything (yet lol, idk about for the third book, but the first book should be okay!)
I read Legends & Lattes and it’s a cute read. I also can’t read the whole Throne of Glass series just for one prompt. Can I read Jade War without reading book 1 ?
Ashlynn for The Night Circus I suggest to pair the book with the audiobook narrated by Jim Dale. He's the same narrator for the Harry Potter books, and he's an amazing narrator. I love how you two pop up randomly and casually on each other videos sometimes. 😁 You two are adorable ❤ It's seems you have a great relationship, with respect and appreciation for each other. Many blessings!
Oh my gosh!! I bet the audiobook is incredible then! ⭐️🥰 I am so grateful for Ian! He has been such a blessing in my life 🥹 I’m so glad that is evident! Thank you so much for all of your love and support!!
