Get the CNC Mounts, Drop The NT Carb And Get A Delrato Carb, Jet The Carb, Get A NGK Plug, Use 32:1 Ratio Mix, 36 Tooth Sprocket, you won't have to tickle it to get it started and you can come off dead stops, also get a High Quality/XL Kick Stand and you can kick start that engine so you don't have to pedal start it.
@@jakedavis9067 Its not with a Delrato Carb, because the Delrato Carb allows for alot of breathing when it comes to the NT carb you want a 40:1 or even a 50:1
Nice man. Cruising it to work! I do this too. My first year edition Chopper takes me there in style! Pro Thunder Shark Reed Valve 66 cc 30 mm carb straight pipe.
Justin Rodriguez 38 teeth is about right because you have a smaller wheel so the motor doesn’t have to work on high RPMs to go slow speed just like on the bicycle when you pedal... smaller sprocket less peddling you have to do The only downside to that is that you have to assess the motor sometimes up the hill
No in my opinion you should always be scared to be on the road be cautious pay attention to everyone around you obey the rules of the road stop turn signals with arms if needed
I also have one with a motor on it. you have to do some welding otherwise there's no way you're gonna set the motor in. I never started writing it because I wanted to make better breaks
it's a bike berry motor, I cleaned it up a little bit on the inside, widened intake and exhaust ports, compression head with larger fins to cool it down and and Chopper exhaust.
so i juts installed a 2 stroke 80cc motor from ebay for my schwinn occ and it has the 44 tooth sprocket but the top speed on it is only around 17mph. do you know if i installed it wrong or why it is going so slow ?
I have a stingray aswell, the weight plays a big factor in these, they arent as lightweight as standard or mountainbikes even, but what sprocket tooth size are you using?
Brian Kelly Is this a brain new motor? If it is you have to adjust your clutch plate loosen it up a little... I had plenty of motors they came over tighten you just have to loosen up the flour nut until your wheel stops spinning freely and show compression in the motor.
Do you know if theres a page qhere i can order the while stuff( motor, exhaust, mount etc. do you know the price?? Im really interested so please let me know if u can provide me that info

Yeah, I'm thinking of buying one of these engines. I will probably go with the upgraded 80cc How does the clutch mechanism work? Can you release it slowly? Or is it like either engaged, or disengaged, with no middle ground?
2 stroke engines come with the cable clutch that you release slowly and 4 strokes have it Built-in If you want good quality motors check out bikeberry.com if you don't wanna spend more than $100 eBay will do just fine
Wow that is the best motor conversion on a bicycle I've seen.
Nice project. Congrats 👊😎
Bet it's 🔥 I have a blue one haven't ridden that far though.enjoyed it be safe

How do your gas tanks hold up? I go through so many of them due to vibration😵 it rips the welds on the bottom mounts and the gas starts to leak😖
@@dannya9514 double bolt it.
Dang dude.. that looks fun as heck.. nice bike. Awesome video. I might have to think of building me a bike like that.

Very Cool.
Nice!
What size rear sprocket 32, 41, 44 tooth
Nice bike, tune your carb up your 4 stroking too much at wot
Does anyone know what motor hes using? I dont know much about making engines but i want one that still allows me to use the bicycle with pedals
Hey bud! What brake system would you recommend for one of these?
If you're able to make it a disk braks absolutely it would be perfect but dual standard brakes work good for me since I don't go very fast anyways
What jet ? What carb?
which sprocket size would you recommend for more speed and less vibration bc right now i have a 44 tooth and it vibrates A LOT

What did you run for the first tank? Premix ratio?
I honestly don't remember, I know for a fact that I followed the bike Barry UA-cam video recommendations.
What motor kit is this and what modifications have you made?
it's a bike berry motor,
I cleaned it up a little bit on the inside, widened intake and exhaust ports, compression head with larger fins to cool it down and and Chopper exhaust.
Its a CDH PK80 and ad far as modifications my NT carb is using a 75 jet and oversized air filter.
Are you in Springfield or Eugene Oregon haha looks like it
Im in California😁

If its the stock 44t sprocket that is why, try a 32t sprocket on it, should decrease torque, have to peddle assist start it, but increase your top end
What did you use to mount the gas take I’m struggling to mount mine
I used the same mount but I don't put it on the bottom of the bike frame i flip them over on top and clamping it with rivets.
Danny A is it the one that came in the package or a different one
Did it come with mounting brackets??
Not for this bike... It comes standard for any V shape frame for the chopper bike I have to buy custom brackets
4 stroking very hard. tune carb jet based on altitude level :D
Not running right.air/fuel mixture
Ha I can tell exactly where you're at just by the streets I believe you're in between Bradshaw and Watt am I correct
Put cylinder of 660 stihl, you will have 92 cc
Саша Тимофеев What's the difference in the cylinders?
Did you have to buy extended clutch and throttle cables to make them fit with the high rise handlebars?
Only did it for the clutch throttle cable was long enough
OK thanks
Thought that looked like Sac. What’s the top speed on that guy?
40mph

80cc zeda engine sir
Does 66/80cc mean its 80cc, or 66?

Why it so slow
because I have a large sprocket on the back and it tops out very fast but the good thing about that I don't have to Pedal too much even going uphill
I use a 41tooth
Otis Rush On my other red one I also use 41t and it’s a lot smoother ride... less vibration!
Ehat stroke is that
2
8 stroke lol
You need a driver license?
no not for pedal assist
Nice CRUISE but it's gonna be a bitch to have to pedal if you're motor blows
To bad it runs like sh#t

Did you hear what that asshole said behind your back?
What’s it supposed to sound like? Is he running rich

Slow
