I had to try it out as soon as i saw this. i couldnt believe it, i did killed him in 4min 15sec, i used seal of righteousness rank 3, because judgement of wisdom can still proc off sor and it helps kill it faster. i didnt not have any mana problems with 40 mp5 and 355 spell power used no mana pots. i used skullflame shield and demon forged breastplate and got 3.6k healing from both combined. only reflect damage was ret aura. Looking forward to your other ideas!
Oh wow! That's actually really good too! But yeah I think skullflame and DFB aren't that good because the chance is really low with just one mob, you're probably better off with a malistar for more mana so you can use Judgement of the SoR for more damage. Thanks for the nice comment too!

What would be the best way to go about resetting for these runs? Logging out to have the buyer reset burns an extra reset by placing you in a separate instance to them when you log back in. Awesome vid though thanks. edit: So you can make them leader, they reset while you are logged out then they leave group and you re-invite them before they run back in. seems to work.
Yeah you can't use the player to reset, (sorry forgot to answer!) you should be using your own alt, you pass leader to the boostee, logout, log alt, they give lead to your alt, they logout, you reset, both log in mains and the lead will eventually (2min) reset back to you!

Depends, I preferred the BoW because I needed to sustain myself, but if you have reflect stuff and no mana issues, you can try BoS, definitely malisters though, 3% proc chance on a single mob is not that great!
Is hoj better than maelstrom? For a paladin. At least for 1 handed maelstrom might be better right? I only have maelstrom and I like it a lot. Also, because I have a lot of intellect it crits more often

Yeah, you can do however you want really, I've done a few runs for a friend recently as deep holy spec and a mix of t2 and t1 with Ramstein + ZG trinket, so definitely will work!
So, I also thought of that, but at the speed that he takes HP from you, it's not really worth. More detailed: Over 6.30min, I had to heal about 70k health, and I did 175 hits. Even if the axe procced 20% of the time, and healed for 150 HP, it would only heal 5.250. And because that axe has a 2.00 speed, I wouldn't regen nearly enough mana when compared to Flurry Axe 1.50 and a chance on hit to proc an attack, that can also trigger Judge/Seal of Wisdom. It might work too with the Hakkar axe and full t2, but I don't have that set to try it, if you do, let me know if it works! At the end of the day though, reflect gear will be superior to all of this and will make the fight really trivial haha
@@Tedjyt I started off doing this as tanky as possible but I slowly started folding my healing gear back in. My set for this is 535 healing, around 350 defense and 6500 or so armor. I heal with flash of light and use the Hand of Edward the Odd. It's procs 3-5 times per fight which I use for Divine Favor/Holy Light combo that is insta-cast. Angerforge has only killed me once (when I was more tanky). Now that I have more healing/sustain it's a piece of cake unless I get lazy. I've also died by popping my invis potion too late in the hallway and one more time when I had the wrong boots on when using the invis potion (apparently, for me, run speed is the reason I'm successful with the invis potions). I also initially used a mageblood potion and nightfin soup. After doing this about 20 times my mana management has improved so I don't need them anymore. My consumables at this point are one lesser invis potion and 1-3 greater mana potions. I've killed him 23 times out of 26 tries, no Hand of Justice yet but at least the battleaxe sells for close to 5g and is the most common drop. Great guide as usual!
Let me know how it goes, don't forget the reflect gear if you have it as that helps SO much, and subscribe to see new farms (Working on solo'ing ZG like mages do atm!)
I have it too! But it's not worth for this fight as it's not a always uptime reflect sadly, it has a 3% proc chance, which is insane vs many mobs, but this is a one NPC farm :( It would only proc about 6 times during the fight, but maybe it works with 7/8 tier2!
Yeah, but throughout the 7min fight, you do something like 175-200 hits, while it might seem like much, if it has a 10% proc chance, you might be looking at between 1,750 and 3,500 healing, which is not so bad!
@@Tedjyt Tested proc chance is around 3%. By your account of 175 - 200 hits thats 5 or 6 procs on average or 1000-1200 healing in 7min. Don't think it's worth going out of your way for 8set T1 IF you have plate pieces with higher int/stam/armor than T1. Still, neat find with the adds. Good video
you need use more talents on recoking if he crits you do more dmg and more swings then use the wepon master is useless talent for dps it not will be helping.

FYI you dont need the Key to do these runs. :) you can run into arena and Evade spot untill they despawn. (bit of time delay tho, but def possible)
Also masterloot lets you force the item into their bags if they are AFK, possibly ruining the entire point of farming otherwise.

Floating combat text? What do you mean? The one for the the auction is TSM in my case (Tradeskillmaster)!

Very likely it's holy shield! The axe wouldn't hit that much and I wasn't using seal of righteousness, but send me a timestamp and I'll verify!
do you think this is possible with retri gear and 2hander? or is shield mandatory to block dmg?
I don't know man, he does a lot of damage, but potentially yeah if you do enough damage quick?

I tried with holy /ret build and 7/8 T2 + hanzo sword + Skullflame and tanking rings/trinkets. Failed bcz those sunders hit hard :(.
I found tanking stuff doesn't do much no it, mp5 is probably better and reflect even better. Use some pots if you need too!

Where does the boostee stand to range looting?
Literally as soon as they enter the dungeon, they can AFK as they are in range! I've tested it over 30+ runs
