C. K Dewornu was a nice IGP with less or no biasness recorded on him, but my only issue was his in humane nature of always driving away the needy waiting for free ride from Tetteh Quarshie Roundabout-end of Motorway to Tema Community 9 roundabout. Fresh from School 1989/90, and working at Survey Dept. close to EL WAK stadium means to Tema Community 5 Extension was by getting a car from 37 Station or Circle or Accra Central or Tetteh Quarshie Roundabout which not easy, if you are bless the Motorway becomes your best bet, but IGP did not see it that way. Thanks to those who really care like the late Jewel Ackah, some Ministers, and private individual who care.
