Not even gonna lie… at 4:26 that silver car pulling out and hitting the cammer made me jump 😂
"Are you ok Charlie?"
What a gentle father. Showed concern but didn't freak out the child. Great dad
Dad goals to the max
@Someguynamed You obviously don't have kids, and should work on having empathy
@Someguynamed First of all even if nothing did happen, it's called "making sure". You know, it's something that you do with loved ones. But, based on your comment maybe you think that your parents emotional neglect, or lack of sympathy, and empathy towards you is/was normal in your life. (Its not)
Second of all, just because they didn't collide doesn't mean nothing happened. Its called a miss and run. Almost getting into an accident can be pretty scary even if you were okay afterwards. Also if the dashcammer did not slam on the breaks like he did, they likely would have hit. Do you think that a child in the back seat is prepared for a sudden stop to 0mph?? It could jolt them, hence why whiplash is a thing and it can be serious medically. Obviously they were not driving a speed where that would be the case but again here we go back to my first point. Having empathy. Its good to care about people, and maybe as a redundant question just for the sake of caring dude.
Lets hope you don't ever have children with that attitude lol
@Someguynamed if you don't understand after my clear and concise explanation then I don't think you ever will, buddy.
You're the type of person who would not comply with the police when they give you an order, and then be surprised when you get shot and killed.
Ill be waiting for your "Police Activity" video to come out 😂
@Someguynamed why is it such a problem for a dad to check on his son after they almost got into a wreck? it may not have hurt him physically but mentally and psychologically it could have. My mom almost crashed into a concrete divider on the road due to icy roads and that psychologically affected me. i’ve been rear ended twice and it psychologically affected me. be more emotionally intelligent, we need more emotionally intelligent people in the world
The amount of people responsible for accidents who immediately get mad and blame the one they collided with is insane
people are extreamly aggresive because of all that lead and engine lubricant(corn oil, canola oil, seeds oil in general) they intake, humans at the best of times are at each others throats due to lack of hunting, this took it up to 11.

Yet more solemn reminders as to why flying cars would be one of the worst inventions mankind could ever create.
it will work, once we have adequate automation. just not there yet.
@@VoodooV1 No, it won't. Ever. Modern airliners have incredible technology, and they STILL auger into the ground for a number of reasons DESPITE a highly-trained, dedicated maintenance workforce, regulations that are magnitudes more stringent than vehicular codes, and far fewer numbers in total. Flying cars are pie-in-the-sky fantasies that simply will not work because of the human aspect of the equation.
@@VoodooV1 In addition to the other commentary replying to you, countering gravity is extraordinarily inefficient. There already is significant infrastructure in place just to keep our ground-based vehicles moving. How much worse will it be when you're also having to spend additional energy fighting gravity to keep all of those things airborne?
It's never going to happen. The human element aside, it's just not worth it from an energy standpoint.
@@LeScratch89It is if you can fly five minutes or be in a traffic jam for 70…
@@dionh70That is a very bad argument. First of all, after elevators airplanes are the safest mode of transportation, and traffic is the unsafest, so saying it won’t happen because there can be accidents is like saying « you better don’t put tires on your wheels because tires blow, you know ». Secondly, almost all airplane accidents are caused by human error, Boeings greed (human error) or mechanical failure. Hardly any are caused by automation systems. Basically you gave the perfect arguments why automated flying cars would be the safest.
A vehicle get's deemed "totaled" when the damage to the vehicle exceeds it's value, it has nothing to do with whether or not the car is still functional.
@@lilacsnekharder to do on newer cars sadly since the sensors they are loaded with usually break/fail after a wreck
It depends on the state you are in my state it's considered totaled if it exceeds 75% of the total value of the car, and the amount you get is based on the average of 3 vehicles listed in you local area of similar condition.

That’s my hometown. There are so many light accidents like that on that road. The set of lights seen at the start of the clip were just built there recently to try to lower the accidents from idiots but they just move on to the next spot.
Yeah, at around 14:50 the semi did NOT cut the cammer off, nor did he try to “squish” the cammer. Unlike the cammer, the trucker was paying attention to the traffic that was merging from the on ramp into his lane. He followed the law by moving over into the lane to his left to allow room for the multiple vehicles. Cammer just needs to be a bit more observant.
Yea, this is a situation where a prudent driver would observe that there is "general traffic" on the road ahead and slow down.
@@arwenevenstar0761 Also, it could just be the angle of the dashcam, but it looks like the cammer is actually partially in the semi trucks lane!
7:10 This is the most French thing I've ever heard. "She wasn't polite after getting her car rear-ended by a driver who wasn't obeying the road rules, so I decided to not help her even though she was 100% in the right."
Sacre bleu!!!
Yeah pretty disgusting on the cammers part
Probably wouldn't need the video anyway, despite cammer being rude af about it. Rear-ending is pretty much always the fault of the rear driver and most traffic laws are going to be written as such.
@@LeScratch89yep there is no discussion about that.
No it's not.
At 14:26, NO truck swerved into the lane and nobody even came close to "squashing" them
I have watched 200+ videos from Dashcam Nation. These are the most common mistakes i have seen.
You should never:
-Lane change without signaling
-Brake check
-Make turns when not in the turn lane
-Miss your exit & still try to make it
-turn right on red without stopping
-blow through stop signs
-Speed/Impede traffic
-Left lane camp
-Cut infront of people
Keep up the good work, dashcam nation

Or leaving a gap to let someone out, I’ve seen numerous accidents happen because of it.
14:43 Where is the attempted "squashing"? The trucker entered the roadway safely, from what I see. Then the cammer changed to left lane without any problems.
It was a bad lane change. You go one lane at a time, especially if you're not very nimble and going much slower than traffic.
The truck is in the middle of that lane and it looks like cammer's wheels are on the line. Cammer feels they have to emphasize their point to feel like a victim.
no signal and jumped two lanes cammer wasnt extremely close but trucker is an idiot
@@EvanG529it did, it went from the right lane to the middle, the guy didn't even have to let off the gas and just moved to the left lane...
Yeah. The red truck was doing the sensible thing as there was more merging traffic up ahead and there was plenty of space.
The cammer is at fault for not anticipating.
The road design could also be improved.
4:25 pulling out like that is crazy

Such facts. They illegally crossed to the right from the left turn lane, mid turn, and attempted to speed up to overtake the mercedes in the left lane where people turn for all the businesses. While the mercedes was definitely going slow and drifting their lane, I think in that situation the cammer should have given the person slack.
It's funny though watching that clip initially I didn't pick up on that.
Needed to find confirmation. Gotta be my biggest road pet peeves

I think he's mad that the car ahead of him seemingly can't decide which lane to be in
Dear Fred Ranger.
You are in the wrong.
When you make a left turn you are supposed to end up in the left lane (a little different for double turning lanes).
Only AFTER that to you signal your intent to change lanes.

Always keep enough distance to stop. There could be anything on the road to make the car in front of you do an emergency stop or swerve to avoid an obstacle.

4:54 Totalling a vehicle doesn't mean a vehicle isn't drivable. A total loss (or a vehicle being "totaled") is when a vehicle would cost more to repair than the current value of the vehicle.
most insurance companies will let you buy the vehicle if you want to get it fixed, They will pay you for it and they used to give you good deal on it if you wanted to keep it
it’s either this or if the cost of repairs is higher than how much is left for you to pay it off.

If I am nearing the end of paying mh car off, it's *brand new*, but I get hit in such a way to deal, say $2k worth of damage but I have $1k left to pay on my car, they will not total out my car because I had bad luck and got hit.

@8:45 Anyone who is caught doing that should be forced to go to a driving education class/school. Merging, especially onto a traffic free freeway is a basic function.
Nope, suspended license and a full 6 month course on driving. Playing with people's lives, that should come with a hefty first offense consequence.
Worst is how when the other drivers (who fault it clearly was) gets out the car and starts saying it wasn't their fault/ the other driver's fault.
I am always surprised how oblivious of their own stupidity people can be.
In most of these clips, the roads are super smooth and clean. I remember people talking about accidents caused by side stepping a pot hole. Last minute, sudden turns always surprises drivers. That being said, I understand a fender bender is preferable to a broken suspension.

The road sign said "Topanga Cyn", so I'm guessing this is California. The California Driver's Handbook *_says_* "Start the turn in the left lane closest to the middle of the street. To reduce the risk of collision, end the turn in the left lane closest to the middle of the street going in your vehicle’s direction." Either way, the car ahead was hovering on both lanes. They could have simply gone for the lane change but then they would have cut the cammer off right after the intersection, potentially forcing cars behind them to stop in the middle of the it. Really, what they should have done is they should have waited in their own lane for the cammer to pass. I don't know if that is what they were trying to do but they were doing it on top of the dashed line, thus preventing the cammer from driving by.

if you live in florida you should excwpt that everyone is a idiot and drive accordingly
I’ve decided I am invisible which is why they dont see me. 😅
You know, sometimes it really sucks not being a driver. But then I watch videos like this and I feel better. Be safe out there, everyone ❤
11:40 Not saying it's your fault they almost swerved into you, but if you hadn't ran that red light you wouldn't have been in that predicament to begin with.
Yellow nearly green and you can hear them accelerate once it turns. Either way that'd have still happened even if the light was always green.
It's still someone changing lanes basically in the middle of an intersection onto another car without blinkers.
Bet you didn't notice that the driver turning left was also turning illegally lmao
9:15 there being people ignorant enough to think Matt Walsh is ever worth listening about anything at all is so depressing
We’ve been blessed with an EXTRA long vid!
If youre on an on ramp to the highway you need to reach highway speeds before merging. Don’t try to merge 10mph slower than surrounding traffic.
3:52 when you don't know how double turn lanes work...
@@npsit1 I hate double turn lanes. Happens a lot.
That first clip had me dying laughing. Thankfully uhaul has crazy good insurance.
Nobody in new jersey is allowed to call anyone an idiot because at the end of the day they’re the idiot for living in new jersey.
love it when cammers get into an "accident" thinking they'll get a chonky payout and then the other guy has no insurance or license. 🤣
It never ceases to amaze me how people blatantly disregard traffic laws and public safety, and then have the nerve to get angry when they are called out for it by the people they nearly hit. Seriously? Those people belong in jail.
1:21 this is honestly kinda tame yes they went off the road but they didn't go that far in the grass and they hydroplaned it wasn't in their control
16:30 If the cammer had made a proper left turn (lane to lane) the incident wouldn't have happened.
Maybe if some of these cammers would slow down to match the flow of traffic, they would be able to see what the traffic ahead of them was doing in time to respond safely (referencing the two that "got cut off" by semi trucks).
I just always assume people are going to do the DUMBEST thing possible in any given situation
Look in a mirror, bud. LOL
@@Tony-Steel64 Just like commenting this was the dumbest thing possible lmao
I looked in the mirror when I was 17. Got my license suspended for a year for speeding. For over 21 years I've been accident and ticket free.
@@Tony-Steel64that indeed includes ourselves, everyone should expect themselves to be an idiot at some point because statistically you will
4:20, not to mention the red car just casually pulling across a not turnable space into a do not enter lol
Why do people not respect each others' boundaries in public roads or lots?
Cause they are self centered and don’t care
Don't you khow? The road belongs to them, and we're simply allowed to drive on it.
You mean on there own private road for them and them alone, how dare others use it and get it all dirty! the nerve of some people.
Improper training
The idiots who don’t know how to merge are the worst.
10:40. Okay, now THAT was a little dramatic of a freaking reaction, lol..
I think they're just tired of shit driving. So they lashed out at that one even if that particular one wasn't so bad. I hate people that exit at the last possible second because they will do anything to not miss it, others be damned. "cut off everybody and slow down to half the speed limit on the freeway? Sure! as long as I don't miss my exit."
@@mikeplaysit yeah and they cammer is passing in the right, you should expect to get cut off by drivers trying to exit, no matter if it's late or early, you're out of place approaching quickly in that lane, it's illegal for a reason.
I see the idiots were out in force this week.
1:09 "Christ qu'y en a qui sont épais !" That's authentic québécois french for "Christ, there are some that are stupid !" Glad no one was hurt !
Not a single ostie or tabarnak. I am disappoint
@@bcdm999 There is still a "sacrament" just before that !
@@bcdm999listen again, he says “ça s’peux pas ostie” right after
Twisted dog must be high on drugs cuz that tractor/trailer didn’t do a damn thing wrong!
Exactly, a single lane change and he didn't even have to slow down at all, just moved to the left lane.
Another narcissistic perpetual victim..
In Thailand, drivers rarely use their horns, even when dealing with bad drivers, as it can easily escalate into road rage. I don’t understand why honking here feels like declaring war on some people.
Oh believe me, some people in the USA treat it like a declaration of war too 🤣
its kind of that way where I live, flipping someone off is pretty normal, honking is wanting to fight. I was in one US city and you would think the hoen was the only way they had to control the car, no brakes, no sterring just honking
Sounds like any car sold in the US has to have their horn and brake connected, i swear.
ppl pull up to a stop sign and assume that since they stopped, they have the right of way.
if you ever wonder what goes on in Connecticut... its this.. pretty much this @ 12:30
Pretty sure I yelled "No" about 20 times or more during this video, always makes me afraid to go out and drive again!
0:40
Drive it like you stole it
This is why we have self driving cars because no one knows how to drive nowadays
I thought the red suv was the culprit at 4:20, and was like that wasn't so bad, but...surprise!
i like the way that you comment on the bottom and explain whats happening. i subscribed.
The trucker listening to No Doubt has to be one of the best!!!
This is the episode of double idiots galore, this is insane how many videos had one major and one minor, or two major idiots.
Why don't people use their damn turn signals??
That Bronco driver living up to its reputation for dangerous/murderous driving.
You just gonna act like the cammer wasn’t at fault?
Cammer left a huge gap, then immediately jumped over and tried to get alongside them for no reason.
Of course the shoulder-pass was uncalled for, but cammer isn't innocent here
12:25 cammer comes off as aggressive and happened to encounter another aggressive driver.
