Iam a Hindu and studied in a Christian convent school and have never faced any restriction. We were never told not to keep bindis or wear flowers!
You are lucky. Otherwise they try utmost to convert you to Christianity. After that you never go for bhindi or thilak. They will make you loose your identity by giving you money or some other benefits for religion conversion.
Do they not force you to visit the Church / Chapel inside the school and do Prayer, make you sing Christian songs and take you to Velankanni Church before major exams ?
