Interesting topic. Finding the ums and uhhs spoil the flow of your conversation. Sometimes taking a breath to calm the nerves (even mid-sentence) helps get rid of these thinking-time words.

does anyone know what's happening with Coity Castle? I think I remember Ross saying it was fenced off and lot of work going on there?

Yes it was definitely having some sort of work done, you used to be able to just walk in and look around but last time I went passed it was all fenced off not sure what was going on mind

@@Silures_slatestone_carvings Could be 'renovation' (ie changing it), or excavation, if they're looking for something... or maybe they'll suddenly find - viking/roman/saxon stuff. Maybe they're looking for a tunnel that leads to the cave, or simply 'renovating' any last remains of the pre-norman British Castle. Then it would just be a Norman castle

I loved this! Seeing the beautiful masonry at the Jesus Well as a special treat. St. Winifred's Well was amazing geometry!

This is great, are there any Holy wells in Cornwall that you can still drink from? I'd love to visit as I am on holiday in Cornwall soon!
