The fear of us retaliating could happen on a small margin. Most of us just want peace. Of course there's some of us that will start a war but that's on an individual basis. Haiti however was the exception and in Mexico gaspar Yanga along with black and Mexican slaves fought for twenty years against the Spanish colonial forces. These are far and rare occassions on the part of blacks.
