Deepseek v25 is a good model in my opinion and it is not expensive. I think Deepseek is a Mix of Experts type model.

Hello, new to the channel, and have a question. (Apologies if asked and answered previously) I already know my characters, locations and have established an outline, if I just input these into the codex can I then just generate the novel from there.

Hey! Absolutely. You can either do this manually if you have all your character sheets and the like written, or get AI to help you by extracting the characters, etc from what you've already written. In these videos I was trying to demonstrate the entire process, but you can easily adapt it and remove steps you don't need :)
