Hello, don't use Vaseline on your skin it clog pores.
Jade rollers don't do anything people just put it as a part of their skin care because they think it looks cool/cute while using it on their face, same as people use their serum directly on their skin because they think it looks cool/cute while doing it, well their transferring bacteria off their face into the serum.
I used Vaseline on my skin in the past months and I'm so happy I did my research because I thought the huge deep pores in my face were purging, 13 year old me😂🤣. Bye I hope those help, I'm still studying so I must say I don't know everything my goal is to become a dermatologist and sorry for my bad English I'm not an English speaker.

@@anjaliarun5902 when I say we've had no sun hours I mean that we've had a uv rating of 0, eternal night kinda deal lol. I also haven't left my apartment before the sun officially sets since it's Sweden where it sets at like 3 pm this time of year. Otherwise I wear spf even if it's overcast and stuff it just feels like a waste to buy new spf right in this moment
It’s advised to wear spf even indoors since a sub type of UV rays (I think it’s either UV a or UV b) can penetrate through glass too
@@gyantivijan u obv didnt get the point, im from finland, same to her, there's NO SUN, indoor And Outdoor ! maybe only 2-3 hours per day, for me its 11am to 2pm. and if she/he put 100% uv block certain down, no need for SPF. my certain r not pull up, so i only wear once, no reapply-ing throughout the day. Our darkness its not just no sun, its night mode, sometimes we can see the moon even at 2pm. yes 2 pm in the afternoon.

Actually i dont know why hyram reacted that way,my dermatologist said it is ok to double cleanse with same product as long as it is not a very drying cleansing product 🤔🤷
@@bade8821 Honestly, it's not horrible; it has the same principle, it's just that if you're using an oil-based cleanser alone it has the potential to break you out if you're prone to clogged pores, and it's just more efficient to do oil-based then water-based because the oil breaks the stuff down then the water-based pulls it out

It’s ok to use the same cleanser to double class. For the first cleanse apply the product onto dry skin then for the second cleanse apply to wet skin. But I definitely would not use a cleansing oil to double cleanse 💀

Hyram you should do a video about how to use products that don’t really work for your face in other ways, to produce less waste! For example I use a glycolic acid that was too fragranced for my face on my arms to help with bumps :)

the aesop oil cleanser is it... I’ve had it for two years and almost done... use it regularly and its the most calming versatile oil cleanser I’ve seen. I mix it with my foaming cleanser or use alone to remove make up/spf.

I like korean sunscreens personally. I use the missha brand (got it on yesstyle) but you have to do research bc some of their sunscreen options are not that great

Japanese sunscreens!! And yes, they are legit, they are strict with their sunscreens, so if it says it’s 50+, then it’s 50+. I recommend Skin Aqua UV super moisture gel pump, but the blue one is great too! I got mine from yesstyle, 17€ for 140g?!! That’s so cheap in comparison with other sunscreens!
