    Quick note: when she said lavender honey, its honey made by bees that have collected from lavender plants. No essential oils involved.
    Actually a better way of getting the benefits of lavender without essential oils :)

    I've noticed that the whole "drink water for great skin" thing works for me in the sense that when I'm drinking the recommended amount of water, I'm not drinking beverages with a bunch of processed sugars. I notice a significant difference in my acne when I'm drinking a lot of water for that reason.

    • @tharealcar-lee509

    • @kay4912
      @kay4912 3 роки тому +1

      Yes! Also, drinking enough water (such as some sips of water to between sips of soda/juice/coffee/alcohol) will dilute how much sugar/salt/ caffeine being consumed and allow it to not sit in your bladder or bloodstream as long!

    I watched a dermatologist reacting to her routine and her thoughts on the steaming and microdermabrasion weren't good. The steaming of the face can lead to irritaton trough vasodilation, speacially for people who suffer with melasma or hyperpigmentation. The microdermabrasion machine used at the wrong hands can lead to broken capillaries and bruises. She definitely has amazing genes which hepls a lot

    You have to remember that black skin is different to white skin. Secondly olive oil is non comedogenic, which means it doesn't clog pores. It's one of the few moisturising oils. This is what works for her and it shows. Her skin is wonderful. Also remember that most black skin can handle some good amount of pressure. So each to their own.

I had a prescription for it, but it wasn’t pregnancy or safe for nursing so I’ve been trying to find an alternative. Try azelaic acid! In terms of benefits it's like a mix of exfoliating acids and retinoids. And it's safe during pregnancy! It's very well tolerated and also helps with hyperpigmentation and rosacea. Specially if you have access to a dermatologist, they can prescribe even a stronger product with azelac acid. Paula's choice has a 10% azelac acid booster

    People always talk nonsense about people who “have nice things”. They do it with fitness routines as well (“oh yeah, they can afford a trainer and a chef, etc etc”) and skincare is no exception. They still have to DO IT and follow through. People just like to make excuses and yeah, it makes things a little EASIER if you have money and stuff, but if you have Beyonce money, it actually makes a diet harder to stick to cause you can have anything at any time of day.
    With skincare, people whine about it and make the same excuses, but unless you have some crazy skin condition, its simple to care for your skin, but it takes TIME and some EFFORT and some RESEARCH; things that many people don’t choose to do.
