dolphins will give players a speed boost in the water near them. They'll also lead you to buried treasure when you feed them raw fish. If provoked, they'll begin to attack you.
Axolotls are a passive mob that are only found within one Biome, and while harmless to players, they are known to attack most other aquatic mobs, so plan accordingly if you're mixing them with other fish.

Hey loverfella, if you hold the item you want to mend in your offhand, u can kill them with ur sword and it will still mend, that way u dont have to waste durability if the items is one shot in duribility, and u can kill them faster

for your XP=runes exploit I have a challenging but interesting way of getting levels to purchase runes, My idea involves making a mob spawner on top of lots of skulk blocks so that when you kill the mobs you can break the skulk blocks to get XP. Then again I don't know if you enabled skulk blocks on your server.

They legit use admin commands, in 23:33, Isaac spawns in fish. You can see it in chat
We did this actually not to cheat, we did this because the server disabled fish spawning that day for bugs - to finish our video we collected fish, could not place, so just stored them and used commands for the video :)

It really makes me mad how whenever you are working with water it's flowing and not all an infinite water source. A way to make it go together you can put water in a checker pattern in-between dirt or something, then cover the exposed water with dirt and fill where the first layers dirt was and keep layering it until your done. Then break all the dirt.
