The flowers are delicious but it can be an acquired taste but you can also cook the drumstick leaves and the young drumstick pods with lentils and it is delicious! Not only drumsticks but we also fry and eat Neem flowers ! It's a bit bitter but very good for your health!I remember my mom used to force us to eat fried neem flowers when we were kids but now I love it ! :)

you are right, it is labor intense, however everything tastes so much better when cooked like that over processers and gas or electric stoves. I guess you have to experience it to believe it.

you are right, it is labor intense, however everything tastes so much better when cooked like that over processers and gas or electric stoves. I guess you have to experience it to believe it.
It is tasty when you cook like this and our ladies never hesitate to do when it tasty and time healthy.
Y to think it as labor intensive ,it's a type of gym exercise to sit with folded legs and do grind by hand ,it's an excercise for shoulders
