Soy Curls are so versitile. I would love to see you do other recipes with them. And seasoning the water was a great idea. Getting all the flavors in each step of the process! All this shot on your phone!?!
    Wow 👏👏👏🌱💚

Love this style of cooking, not just for Coronapocalypse but to use up and not waste what you might have sitting at home.

Yeah I'm always using just a portion of something and have to figure out what to do with the rest. Like I hate mayo but I get it just for making some tuno once in a blue moon.

When I drain pasta I frequently add fresh spinach. I tear it up a little before adding it and then stir it around. I sometimes add frozen spinach to my rice a few minutes before it's done.

Soy curls are amazeballs. I made a bbq mushroom sloppy joe with them that was superb. Wish I could afford them regularly! Can you please do a favorite tempeh recipe of yours. I have a bunch and need some ideas. OH also, I have one can of jackfruit from forever ago, after failing at my first attempt at something edible. Love your channel! :)

Hey Chris, I just saw a video from vegan bodega cat where she went into a Trader Joe’s and was filming without any problems. I don’t know if it’s because it was in California but I think they’re all corporate shouldn’t they all have the same rules? Anyway great video 🙏🏼

Curious to see your jerky recipe. I have never used soy curls, thus far, , but it seems to me that Louisville jerky is probably made with soy curls. Super duper expensive. I only buy them on super duper sale. I'm in a horrible living situation where I'm not doing any cooking, but maybe someday...

I wish soy curls were readily available in Germany - it is basically soya textured vegetable protein which you can get in Chinese and Indian shops here so I might flavouring them the "Vegan Zombie" style LOL
