foxy, you can switch the forge heater for the seared tank under the smelter and it will works like the heater but better. The heater is used more with coal than lava buckets, and the glass that you put on the big smelter isn't the ideal one(because it's basically another tank, thats why you can put liquids on it), try to make another glass
@FoxyNoTail, Blazing blood can be used as a fuel source for the foundry.
it also works for the normal smeltery and is required for some of the better alloys (if they are in this modpack) like netherite queen slime and manyullian
It's great when you watch it from both perspectives. I watch Mr Beardstone first and then foxy's. Love this series!!

You're seared heater solution is fun and all, but you can just use a seared tank like you'd use in the basic smeltery and pump lava into it; unless the mondpack creator changed the setting it should work just fine
FoxyNoTail and MrBeardStone need to build a second platform under the main one to allow maintenance access but separate it from the big hole where mob spawn.
The seared/scorched "Tank" that you have used for the big foundry also works for the little melter, in place of the Burner. To avoid that "fun with chests" monster you built...
Came here from Beardstone's video to let you know that there's a block called the seared tank that exists for the sole purpose of using lava as fuel for smelteries. Works with create pipes so you can pump it in. However this leads me to a second point about the blazing blood. What you want to do with blazing blood is not cast it, but rather use it as a fuel source for smelteries, as it can also be pumped into seared tanks.
The best way how to loose a good (and expensive) mining drill is to wrench it in the middle of lava with full inventory so it just pops out as an item and burns instantly.
Don't ask me how I know...
In case nobody has told you . Firstly you should be able to bucket fluids in and out of the drains and secondly you should be able to use pipes.

Hopefully someone already mentioned, but you can use blazing blood as a better fuel for the foundry and/or smeltery instead of lava.

Just an FYI: You don't need to put the scorched bricks on the corners of the smelteries.
On the corner of foundry’s I’m almost positive it needs the corners.
@@VanthillDunno about the foundry, never used them. But the smeltery only needs the blocks directly touching the liquid area(no diagonals).
Just noticed on minute 6:56 foxy has a stack of 65 blaze rods in one slot

actually, with the alloyer, you can power the melters on either side with sear tanks of lava. it's still melt
you can pour blazing blood on a bucket and probably use it to superheat blaze burners
this series is so good!

For lighting under a platform, can just make skylights in the floor, despawn, then torch and replace stone in floor

I learned a new recipe for Scorched Stone: Hephaestus flint tool heads with magma from a Melter poured on it. It's quite efficient and gives me four bricks per pickaxe head for two magma creams and two flint.
Put deposits under the bucket teeter and mech arm 👍

Something i found in my world where i Mixed Tinkers and Create i accidently found Out that you can make Brass by smelting copper and Zink in the Same smeltery

foxy,the blazing blood is a bether for the smeltery then the lava
you know when building a forge you don't have to make it a square like then you did a 4×4 platform you can place the brick outside and build it upwards then you'll have more space to work with 11:08 check out a video for how to make a forge because the bigger it is the better
if hephaestus mod is like tinkerers, blazing blood is a fuel source for the smeltery that burns hotter than lava.
blood can be used as slime so no need for a slime farm lol

@@foxynotail idk maybe it was this episode in particular it was almost certainly friendly banter; my main implication is other then extra resources why are you playing multiplayer if you interact around 20% of the video if I'm being generous. I love your other create series; this just feels like that but you get interrupted every once and a while. Obviously I'm not telling you to enjoy it or not that's all your perogative; I honestly don't mind just positing what I interpreted.
@@foxynotail have you worked together prior to this? That could be it; I'm fairly antisocial I wouldn't doubt its taking baby steps to get in rythym with one another. If I got used to recording alone then you threw in another dude I'd be caught of guard too for a bit. I'm not trying to be rude or anything excuse me if I came off that way. I'll be secondarily honest that I've watched these cursorarily; probably only the more negative bits got through in my vague listening in the backround.
It's so we both have unique video content rather than just the exact same video from two different perspectives.
@@foxynotail I guess I could see that; I just think the percentage is a bit skewed still, it boils down to barely being around each other; then being around each other for 2-5 minutes to enveil a project; or a minute for a joke. It just feels wholly disconnected; like the few times you brought beardstone into your other create world, arguably you interacted more because you had more to show him.
