Thanks for watching !
Looking forward to the rest of the videos of this restoration. Sadly, this quality work was not taught when I went to auto body school in 1984. I learn more here on Guzzi than I ever did in school.
Thanks ! we are going from start to finish.
Don't give up❤
Great project. Thank you.
I should have another video on the 64 out Friday, check out my playlist for other Impala builds. Thanks for watching !
That’s my friends car we talk about it everyday glad to see my boy getting his dream car !!!!!!!
Nice! follow every step of the restoration, I'll be going in depth with the process. Thanks for watching !
Heck yes, can't wait for the rest of this series. I love Impalas.
Thanks for watching ! New video Friday.
@@guzzifabrication3448 Nice, I can't wait!
That's my favorite car, Chevy all the way.
Super excited to see the rest of restoration 🙂
I am waiting on parts at the moment still a huge back order of parts hope that works it's self out, and we don't have extreme wait time for parts any longer, thanks for watching
I see you getting it right ✅ I am doing the samething
Thanks !
Cool Impala !
Thanks for watching !
I don't think I have ever seen '64 SS as clean as that to start with 👍🏼👍🏼 South Western car?
Yeah it's a real survivor.... I think it's a California car.
Same color of my 64 ss impala
Nice, that's always a solid color on 64's
That's my homeboy's car.
Awesome ! tuned !
Awesome as always! Do you know how i can lower rhe forward portion of my deck lid so it sits flush with the rest of the body panel aft of the back window? Its about a half inch proud of the aft panel. I read that you may have to shim one the two bolts on the trunk hinge bracket the bolts to the deck lid. The aft bolt i believe.
Make sure both hinges are equal and there is no bends or kinks in one, shims will only push the panel higher. Is there or has there been collision damage ?
@@guzzifabrication3448 no, no collision damage, possibility of the hinges being bent. Im going to swap them out because you have to shimmy the deck lid to one aide before it will close. Im going to try those nice billet style hinges and go from there

That guy is lucky! super nice find to restore, did the owner say how much he paid? just curious.
He didn't say.... "nice start" agreed!
That crash has saved the car. It probably was storaged after the crash.
I thought the same thing...
You punch a card to keep track of each job time? Do you work alone? Just curious...
It's all by the hour and it's a small
I need a engine & trans I might get a 350 engine
Always a good choice.
Whatever happened to the 62 impala?
The owner put it on hold, so it was moved to storage.
Awesome at least you got another impala!! Like your work man
Did.you finish the 62 as well?
The owner put it on hold, so it was moved to storage.
Love your videos
Plus prices for parts are through the roof.
@@derrickwebb7230 Thank you!!
@@derrickwebb7230 I have all the parts in hand, we will probably be starting back up in a month or two. I'd like to finish it out at least the metal work
I have a trunk lid if you haven’t found one yet and are interested
Where are you located
@@guzzifabrication3448 northern Illinois
I had 5 350 Chevy engines I sold them to the scrap yard like a clown 🤡
I wish I had back all the things I've sold or trashed......
