Your opening that Penelope wrong take your thumbs and press from a side in a in upwards direction. And sometimes your palate changes and so does your preferences. I only take others opinions if I know they have a similar palate as mine. I prefer bolder flavors KC OF EC. One of my favorites is 1920. It took a few pours of the 1910 for me to really enjoy it. Same with the sagamore DO I’m not against oak it just is different and as a bottle opens up it gets better. Same happened with a Calumet 15 it was not may favorite till about half way down and then it is something I’d get again. Hope you have a wonderful New Year’s. Enjoy!!
Yeah some of my bottles definitely need to open up some more, there are some of my more open bottles that were great at first and then went to 💩 and others like you said that have gotten better.
The glass closure is actually super easy to open. As noted above, push sideways and up with your thumb. Can usually open these one handed. Cheers!

I got some KC9 Single Barrel for myself.
