I was hearing about the ridiculous writing of season 4 as well. But just because of Barchie I am thinking coming back to the show and enduring all the previous Season 4 episodes just to reach that point. I really hope this continues and becomes endgame otherwise my coming back to watch this show wouldn't make sense.

I wouldn‘t be so against it if it wouldn‘t mess up everything. They ruin there Friendship with Veronica and Jughead. I think barchie will be a big part of riverdale but I also think that we have to accept every opinion. It‘s so out of Betty‘s and Archie’s Character to cheat so I think this could be another reason why I don‘t like this ship. But at the end of the day we all want Betty to be happy because she deserves some happiness in her life after all she’s been through. With Jughead or with Archie. Barchie sure have chemistry but Bughead also have and Betty and Archie aren’t in a relationship and Betty and Jughead are dating since three years. I think ppl use 'chemistry' to describe pairings they like or don't like. Chemistry isn't subjective. It's obvious when people have chemistry, everyone can see it. Eg. I don't like Olicity, but the actors have incredible chemistry.

Sometimes, in the least likely of times, we realize feelings we didn’t even know we had. Kind of also how you don’t realize the one you actually want to be with is the one right in front of you.

I love that through out the show they would always foreshadow the fact that Betty and Archie are endgame, especially when they foreshadow in the beginning of the show. Which gives clues to the fact that they will have a chance of happening but I don’t want these friends to break up. Friendship is also a big part, like I love Bughead the scenes between them are just so spicy as is the Varchie scenes but it’s their friendship overall that makes them amazing and if it’s thrown away after all the stuff they’ve went through together idk what I’d do. Though I’m not gonna lie I feel like Ronnie and Jughead both knew those two would end up together. Though to conclude if the everlasting foreshadowing of Barchie being endgame comes true I would love if Ronnie and Jughead explored an interest into each other too. Sometimes it’s the people who have the biggest differences that end up together and become a very power shipping couple. But I love both so may Vughead be explored and conquer and Barchie finally get the ending that was always need for us and them.

But i think that KISS will change things up as it uncovered a lot of deep buried feelings for both of them (archie realizing he is in love with her and betty realizing that archie still owns her heart). It wasnt a comforting kiss or pretending, it was a REAL kiss they BOTH wanted it, so they can’t get over that so easily now. I hope they end up together and Jughead and Veronica realize that it was inevitable for them to happen, understand that and maybe be friends again lol (who knows)...
