I have asthma and I’ve gotten sick like 5 times in the past 2 years, ever since them my lungs have been absolutely terrible. I’m hoping I can get them back to somewhat functioning with these exercises, great video!! :)
Thanks for posting this!!! I’ve been having breathing issues with black lung for over a year now. I ordered the altitude trainer and I am using these now. Your videos have helped with a shoulder surgery i had, currently a torn ACL and meniscus and back issues. Thanks!

Just can hardly breathe when hiking mountains, so super short of breath, gasping for air, heart rate sky high and have to stop to catch my breath. Hope these exercises work.

Right now I’m using advair diskus that helps with that but I still have those questions because advair is expensive and when I can’t afford it I’d like to know how I can help my situation.

Cigarettes and any smoking substances should definitely be illegal! Unfortunately, weed is now legal and people smoked it carelessly without putting another person’s health into consideration.

Dude go to doctors.. Breathing shortness is one of the Covid-19's symptom
I feel like my breathing is not satisfying enough and i cant sleep properly because of it , can you tell me why it is happening and how to control it .
Doctor Jo, I have some pulmonary shunting that showed up on an echo/bubble study and though I can breathe just fine it manifests in elevated hemoglobin levels/secondary polycythemia. Can theses exercises help me get my hemoglobin levels down a little bit?
Great explanation doctor. What is duration needes to this exercise?
Thanks. It varies depending on what you are doing them for. I would start out with just a little (maybe 5 minutes at most) if you haven't been doing breathing exercises already.
This is great and unexpected Jo. My mom has emphysema.
I hope they help.
