Of the videos, I’ve watched I like yours the best!! I like the idea of how you don’t put in the cut fresh chives too soon and why no one else mentions that. I believe you also suggest to put in other things that would enhance other flavors that you would like to put in it. Thanks for putting up the video.
Hi I'm new to you channel love you loaded mash potatoes , I tried adding 3/4 cooked shrimp mix with the potatoes and cheese and bake at 375 f for 10 minutes its the bomb
I need to try this for Thanksgiving. When I make mashed potatoes, I like to boil them in chicken stock instead of just plain water. It's probably not healthy but they sure taste better that way! EDIT: Forgot to mention I use a hand mixer to "mash" the potatoes. It gets the lumps out and whips them up nice and smooth.
You know I am here for the layers of flavor! I feel like boiling them in chicken stock just means more nutrients! It's not like you are making a confit in duck fat! Me and hand mixers aren't friends. We can blame the carpel tunnel. I regret every single time I use one.
Excellent recipe, taste amazing and I didn’t need any salt. That was a surprise because I love salt to taste. I did add more salt to the water while boiling the potatoes though. Definitely will use this as a go to recipe.
Thank you for sharing this recipe!
My pleasure 😊

I use a hand mixer too. Some people say that it makes them gluey but I like mashed potatoes that way.
Thank you for sharing. Does the cheese have to melt?
Your potatoes, your choice! They'll be delicious either way, I just like my cheese melty. Enjoy!!
You can fry the skins and season them it makes a little chip! eliminates waste and they taste good too
Um, TASTY! Thank you for commenting :)

Hi! I'm so glad this recipe worked out so wonderfully for you! Thank you for coming back and letting me know!
Much, much better video. Keep it simple. You don't have to explain all the little details. 7-10. Very good, keep it up!!
Glad you liked it!
Better than what?? 🤔
Some people (like me) like all the little details explained. 😃
What kind of papes is that? Wax?
I often use wax paper or parchment paper for quick clean up!
