  • A piano tutorial on how to interpret guitar chords to play on the piano. I explain what I listen out for, and demonstrate three short guitar chord progressions, showing how I'd play/arrange them on the piano and why, giving tips along the way! I hope it inspires/shows you that you don't just have to learn songs that only have piano in them, and that guitar songs can also sound great played on the piano!

    Nice gentle introduction to guitar and piano accompaniment - it should give guitar and keyboard players further ideas for building harmonies and melodies and even creating song ideas. Thanks for uploading - liked it and subscribed.

    I know you get lots of requests, please do "Sure Know Something" by KISS. I can't find a good piano arrangement with the melody. I learned "Under the Bridge" from your video. I love you

    Brilliant. Such a great demonstration of how to transform the sound made on the piano.
    BTW I've been using a sharp downward movement of my face and using my nose for hammer ons and pull offs. But it was hard cleaning up the keys after, I might try leggato next time.

      It was tuned with a tuner. I think I'm perhaps not playing it the best, my fingers were killing

      @@BitesizePiano try to put your fingers closer to the fret. You need less strengh to push down the string and the risk of bending / pushing the string out of tune is less.
