    I saw a quote yesterday by Cory Muscara: "People-pleasing isn't kindness. It's self-abandonment." and that was a game-changer for me.
    2025 and onwards is when I start being the priority.

    Very good message. Touches on mental decisions we all battle with. Being a "yes" person causes unhealthy eating.

      Hi :-) What I actually meant was that you listen to and watch ALL my podcast episodes, there are even more on The Mandy Meyer Podcast, as throughout all the episodes I discuss everything fat loss and food choices, meals and snacks etc. Browse through all the episodes, and I have no doubt that all your questions have been answered in previous episodes. The reason I am not giving one specific answer is because I want you to listen to and learn from ALL the episodes 🙂
