Compressed Earth Block Wall Repair

This video shows you the repair that we did to a compressed earth block wall that failed. The failure occurred because the block had no portland cement in them to stabilize them. We ended up repairing this corner of this outbuilding with new constructed earth block that was made with 10% portland.

I have not seen this type of sloppy mortar. It makes laying easy, no expertise needed. But, if the blocks were interlocking, no mortar would be needed.
