Hey Tom was wondering how much power the gray truck made before transferring the power adders to the white one. Also with the 2nd gen swap left in the gray one having a normal intake elbow looks strange and what about track bars
Did you go to quick learn mode before installing the H&S TCM tunes? I run a Smarty and just finished my rebuild. Truck sat for a year without batteries and wonder if and HOW to get someone to come put my truck in learn mode, even if I need it. I had a broken input shaft and all my plates were in really good shape. I didn't need to replace them but did it anyways. Wont the clutch values for old plates provide MORE volume than I need for the new ones???
Did you get the brackets for the traction bars online? If so what website/brand? Wanting to get some brackets for my 07.5 6.7 mega so I can make traction bars and don't want weld in brackets. I like the way yours mount.
hey man had a question hopefully you can help me out. i see you run the little ccv breather filter with the short 90 hose . i heard they spit oil all over the place after awhile and also heard they throw a check engine light. was wondering if u expereinced any of these indications ? . and another question is did you delete your oem ccv filter? or do you still run the filter ? i see alot of ppl also just run a straight peice of hose down to the frame with no problems , or leaks. just want your opinion on it as well as if you think its worth doing. thanks alot man love the channel your trucks are sick! keep up the awesome work! i have a 3rd gen 6.7
Definitely worth not sending that oil vapor to the turbo. 13 and up trucks will throw a code unless custom tuned. Eventually oil will seep from the little filter

I do use custom tunes from Hardway. Unfortunately i don't think they make new tunes for the mini maxx anymore since H&S is no more and EFI Live is out for them.
I been following your channel it's impressive the 10.6 on the white truck, i got a truck just like you gray and i want to do couple mods to get her to run stronger so far i got her all deleted,5 inch straight exhaust, mm3 tunner, and an S&b cold air intake it will be nice if you can make videos for daily drive trucks like you gray truck and recomend parts and mods for the trucks betters performance

With a mini maxx you just unlock the tcm tuning and reflash the truck, never had a smarty. IDK anything about learn mode either, sorry

They are hand made, I rough cut 4 separate pieces, tacked them together and ground them so they were identical

What setup is your trans or what setup are you going with?
I reinstalled the built 68rfe that was in it, because I was running a 48re swap for awhile.
How do you feel about a power elbow intake and a grid heater delete ? Is there a noticeable gain in your opinion?
Stockish the gains are marginal/hardly noticeable. As you increase horsepower though the effects/gains will become amplified.
where can i get that mini maxx holder?
I got mine from H&S before they closed. My advice would be to Google minimaxx overhead mount
