- Important notes for Siegfried PROUD stage from Koon:
- Don't just tank it, but dodge it.
- Don't rush, plan before you attack.
- Forget about Shiva please, bring Carbuncles to reduce damage.
- You deal zero damage if you are dead, so don't forget to bring healers.

Thanks Koon! I went and put Lennah on front line after seeing your suggestion, and finally cleared it after a few tries and familiarising with the tirggers! I usually put Lennah as my backline pinch reviver.

Thanks for this guide, Koon. I was able to clear Proud mode with no issues.
I went with Spartan, Jeannu (Summer), Anchira, and Nio, with Sevastien and Cat as backrow. I have no Siete (because I don't want him) and Lennah.
I brought the same skills as Koon did for my Spartan.
Jeannu's kit really helped maintain my team. I always used her 3rd skill whenever I needed the extra charge bar. Her CA was a big help in conjunction with the carbuncles. I brought three buncles.
I think I need not to say more about Anchira.
I know Nio's Coma doesn't work on both bosses, but the buff and shield really helped me a lot. Her 4th skill also helped me burst on Gunther, which I used before his 25%.
I hope this might help give other players some ideas before the end of the event tomorrow.

i used doctor and left any actual debuff clearing (not that Demoralize can be cleared iirc) to the First Years unit, using the entirety of Siegfried fight to generate pots a la old PG tactics. First Years had 2 heals and clarity so they were pretty important. I also used Andira 5* and Monika as dodgetank. As for summons I used 2 earth carbies, a lvl 40 athena summon for the flat dmg cut and a lvl 40 Rose Queen for added regen, armor and debuff resist buff.
Frontline: MC (miserable mist, nutrients, revive), Andira, Monika, First Years
Backrow: Gawain, Lennah
gunther almost fucked up my entire run because of the fire attacks, but on 3rd try gawain's phalanx lined up with athena's 30% cut several times meaning i took 0 damage pretty often. Lennah also revived my MC immediately when she died so i could clear.
Sounds like an interesting fight to me, and most importantly- you did it! First years are good, I was actually surprised when Cygames gave out useful free chara like them. :P
I used sage and brought one dispel (from yurius) for the TA buff (that is the first in the dispel order). Brought idols (for bar, heal and heal cap), s.korwa (for permabuff) and yurius to the fight and oh boy...I spammed those heals...that's what you do when you have low hp low dmg and no monkey ahahah...55 turns...
surprisingly more hard than I thought, when I tried with my standar wind team (full damage xd) I reach like 20% of hp on first stage but autos of 18k and ougis of 32k are mortal xd, that forced me to organizated a specific team for that fight, at first was a molest but I ended enjoying it.
my build its almost the same as you with doble tiamat, but the team that I used was: mc (sage) - gwain - andira - Niyon5* sub: doesn't matter much but rosetta (grand) and heles, I decided to go for inmortal way fore more safety xd, gawain for passive (10% defense and lessen earth damage taken) and 70% damage cut, andira for her incredible 100% heal and his debuffs and buffs and niyon for his passive (20% less damage earth taken)and buffs, mc sage for more cure power xd
my summons: 3 earth carbuncle for perma 50% damage earth cut and lucifer 5* for his 5500 heal
with this a pass the first stage without any danger, the second was considerably more easy, the only risk is when you reach the 25% and he start to cast Nebulous Azoth that at start do like 4-5k of fire damage but at 25% do like 7-9k, and how is fire damage the only way to mitigate with this team is gwain but with andira+sage+lucifer is not much problem but is the part most dangerous of this second phase.
Well played. Looks like an excellent strategy to me, the line up is all-rounded. Playing safe is da best! And I am actually very happy to see a difficult Proud stage like this one, cause it forces people to shuffle their team and come up with a solid plan to overcome something.
i use Chaos Ruler with (unpredictable, arrow 3, def break), siete FLB, monkey FLB and Niyo FLB. Also monica and jeanne in the back. i use (shiva, qilin, bahamut and judgement) and my grid is basically a standart magna 2 with 3 harp. for the first fight i just use tiamat and monkey to face trigger. the defense from niyo and monkey is really high so i dont need any buncle. then the second fight i just burst turn 1 with skill 4 siete + bahamut buff. and then continue with niyo skill 4 + shiva. that's basically decrease gundar's hp to 50% and then just auto till he dies.
I can vividly imagine how strong is your team, good job mate. :)
or just ignore everything if you have nio flb, monkey and JK/grimnir
I lack 5* Siete, and I’m thinking of trying to use Monika instead as a replacement. Her dodge tanking and debuffs are always useful after all!
She did, and she works well against Siggy.

@@CrusaderKoon Update: It worked! Couple of close calls, but having two buncles, ULB Lucifer and monkey panic heals saved me.
I use Spartan for Dancho, Gawain, Jeanne, and Lennah with 3 Carbuncles.
Take a very long time to finish but at least I can.
70% earth dmg cut is really good so.
70% earth cut? I smell luxurious flb wind summon... give me that....

My build is
M1 emmity grid
Support MC(either rune,Spartan or chaos),Sen (SSR),Monika, between scatcha or gawain
For summon i use tiamat, Raphael 3 buncle for safety
Hmm...i can only go until 50%

My line up is Sage MC, Monika, Gawain and Lennah with Muse's First Year (healer + aggro dodger substitute in case things went wrong) and Sebastian as sub. I saw people use Anchira but I didn't have her and my Siete isn't FLB yet.
Summon is Tia x Tia, 2 Earth Carb, 1 Fire Carb and Lucifer.
My damage is garbage (~100k auto with occasionally DA, rarely TA and 600k~1m8 ougi) even with Monika's fully stacked DEF down and Mist but it just enough for me to pull thorugh.
RNG is also a factor in this battle, when Monika couldn't draw aggro everyone got beaten equally so I could heal up.
For me Siegfried is actually easier than Gunther. I could manage the damage from Siegfried when he's in Manigance and block his trigger, but my damage is low so Gunther could shred my team with Nebulous Azoth because I can't break the OD bar quickly. And there are one time Gawain got KO by Mindless Slaughter even with 50% cut when Monika failed to pull aggro, after that we lose because we don't have his 70% cut for OD.
Nice one :D Muse's First Year is an excellent choice, apparently one of the most underrated event charas among wind charas. Monica is cool too, I tried fighting Siggy with her, and her dodge & counter strike are amazing...
@@CrusaderKoon Thanks, when me and my crew mate discuss we realise Muse's First Year's healing actually almost equal to Lennah >Lv95, and with low DATA rate their 30% charge bar boost really helpful.
Monika is definately MVP, she block so much damage I wish there are a counter for that. She still got hit here and there but all the trigger and auto she block makes all the difference. And since my team auto and ougi damage is low, her Violetshock Flare could also count as one of my party main form of damage
Managed to beat Siegfried but he destroyed most of my team and left only me and Andira against Gunther. Lets just say we didn't last very long. Will try to bring buncles and change my class to a more defensive one and see how I fare.

Just finished my primal garrison grid before the event... Give me no trouble at all. Would be quite a thrill if i didn't get it ready in time.
The fight took a bit long. I thought it just Seigfiried then I kill him. It process to the next fight and I was like... WHAT?
LOL~~ same here. I think this is the first time they put 2 proud bosses in a stage for a scenario event?

One could only do that with a valid Japanese mobile number. So if you are not staying in Japan, you probably can't get that 1k crystals. Can try to ask your friend to help, if they are in Japan.

Well i think i can't clear proud. But i can clear it on 2nd try. MC use CR with sen,andira and yuel summer with sub is vira (wind) and sebastian with f2p magna grid (2 mlb harp and 2 flb gun)
No one KO when againts sigfried but when fight gunther on stage 2 only sen survive until last battle with red hp lol. My mistake because don't know there is only 1 diamond on stage 2 boss
Hm.... Sen with Yuel, sounds like a good plan too. Based on your experience, how good was Sen in the fight compared with other charas?
@@CrusaderKoon well in this party Sen was give most damage, her s2 make her likely 100% dodge with +9 dodge from ring too. Also thanks to her s3 for debuff data and atk down.
But sen is not the best too when fought sigfried because the aoe. But for the 2nd fight she was very usefull
Is that your final M2 weapon grid or still working on it or just for this fight?
Still working on the 3rd harp, too lazy to grind. Also think of moving from Magna Tiamat to Zephyrus Grid, depends on whether I have enough damascus bar. :(

Or you can also turn yourself in a healer (user Bishop), and bring Gawain as your tank.

Monika is the MVP in my team. in Sieg Phase I just try and dispel the MA buffs and its all cool. Monkey and Yurius for debuff and some lucky para and blind with Unpredictable.
Gunther phase is a bit tough and I always pray for Mindless Slaughter to proc since Monica or after Ougi monkey can easily eat the trigger unlike the AOE fire trigger.
Backline Siete is just an insurance. I think on my run Yurius died at 50% trigger of Gunther then Siete does his thing.
