Nice hand by Henry and actually kind of interesting from a theoretical point of view. It's not that easy to find bluffs on this runout in a 4bet pot. Contrary to what the commentator claims, flush draws should give up on the river. Neither KK not 98s should be in Nik's calling range facing the 4bet, so he's capped at a set of tens on the river. Therefore perhaps ATs is the best bluff for Henry to triple barrel (although it could be argued that it has too much showdown value to use as a bluff) and Nik is blocking two of the three available combos with his exact holding, so I don't like this call facing a triple barrel.

This is the first time I’ve seen Mike make a big call on the river and actually pick off a bluff. Usually he’s just paying off anyone who has a made hand vs his pair.

It's tempting to hate on Mariano but I do have to acknowledge he is a pretty seasoned live player. When you have an obv rec player like Mike, especially his demographic (middle aged dude who likes the game, tries to take it seriously, but isn't spending hours in the lab running sims) sitting to your left at any table, whether it's 1/2 or 50/100 - it's massively +eV to buddy up to him and have a good repore. This player will bluff you less, bet for value less, talk more to give away information in hands, and you can deny equity by pushing him out of pots a lot as long as you occasionally show him the goods. Just from these short clips alone anyone who has spent significant time at live tables knows exactly what Mariano is up to this session. And it's massively +eV
