I’ve seen thousands of poker videos and this is one of the most entertaining to watch. Luda has some classic reactions but this takes gold. There couldn’t have been a better moment to hit a set than Francisco hitting that Q on the turn while Luda is freaking out with his back turned. And the announcers don’t ruin it by talking over the table talk. Pure gold.

This is hilarious. In both hands, francisco seems to be trying to sabotage himself. He revealed he had a flush draw in the first hand and then he revealed didn't have aces in the 2nd. Luda didn't believe in him in the 1st and reluctantly believe him in the 2nd but lost to a Q anyway. lmao

The fact that Bill called $256k with a pair of 10s is the biggest problem playing poker against billionaires. $256k to a billionaire is the same as $256 to a millionaire or $2.56 to a regular person.
Life changing money to most people literally means nothing to billionaires so normal poker strategy doesn't really apply, especially in a cash game.
Edit: Okay, let me clarify. AA gets cracked and pros almost never go all in preflop with AA. Playing against a billionaire who is likely to also go all in with you in a cash game sound really enticing, but doing it preflop is a bad idea because you end up just relying on luck. Had that hand gone a little slower, maybe he could have gotten away from it and not lost everything.
Also, only a billionaire would have called all in preflop with pocket 10s because you know your opponent isn't trying to push you all in with anything worse, so you are playing from behind from the get go or at best 50/50. In a cash game, even millionaires wouldn't put in $250k knowing those odds.

@@DescartesRenegade That's what poker is all about. If you get your hand in 54% of 46%, eventually over time it evens out. The key is getting it in with the highest percentage each time.

All-in $250k on the $25k pod , wow that is just so stupid. If he raised to around $75k, and did the continuation bet of $50k-100k after the flip , Bill would have folded. And he would profit $100k from this hand rather than looking $250k. I know poker is easy when you can see all the cards , but raising the 10x of the pod before flop is just doesn’t make any sense at all.
