That is a GREAT apartment!!! Only 70,000 Y! Amazing! So glad you and Nelson have room to spread out in. I only saw 1 air conditioner unit, can it cool the whole apartment? I would melt if there wasn't enough units to keep cool in. Great balcony's for the fall and spring time! I would not move unless you found an even better place!
I've seen some crazy houses in Tokyo, not necessarily big, but unique in design while still being livable and comfortable..., I saw one that looked like a giant game cube so that was cool!
That is a pretty nice apartment! I believe that its size is just right. I guess they aren't easy to find in a good price since they are considered "Huge" as you say.
aww nelson is the cutest pup i seen (: ur appartament is nice size, quite big for one guy and his dog :) i love the simplicity of it, perfect for me, exept the music room, id have an arts and crafts room :D so cool
your apartment is massive! That's only a little more than what I pay in Melbourne Australia, but I only get 1 room of this share house, though at the moment it's just me, my landlord and his misses living here.
thumbs up for nelson LOL!!! got to love those mini dobies ! there like mini tanks that will take on all lol peace and glad your feeling better danny in ohio p.s. when ya going to get those songs up for us?
Amazing flat and beautiful view. Your dog is really nicely trained. Did you do that by yourself or went to some classes? Only thing I managed to teach my alsacian was fetching ;)
To our standards in Southern California that's an amazing deal. $700-800 for any apartment, maybe small small studio in a nice city or a one bedroom in a very scary place. Yeah LA sucks. Anyway Nelson is crazy, but very awesome.
Nice place, that park looks like my my local park called Wepre Park, it's more or less the same, but smaller and has a car park in the front, play area for the kids and what not, it's ruddy good... well only when the kids are in school! lol :)
Man, nice find. When I was in Nagoya, I was paying 65K for one of those one-room jobbers that didn't have a balcony so much as a fire escape landing. Jealous.
Nelson is so cute!! He is very smart:) My dogs do not listen at all!!! I love how different Japanese culture is to American culture... Most American's would freak about the size of it...we are use to huge apartments.lol
@milloselmejor - at least it keeps the house clean.. - i personally hate wearing shoes all day >< - makes clear difference between (out)doors and (in)doors.. I'm sure there are more reasons...these are just my thoughts ^^'
hope you feel better =] you have actually inspired me to learn more about the japanese culture and learn how to speak japanese.....THANK YOU.......and my husband is jealous of you cause i say your really cute =] peace & love, yani
OMG it's HUGE HUGE HUGE ABSOLUTELY HUGEEEE!!!!! I guess bigger than my flat in Poland [pl sucks btw].... O_O I'd love to rent [in Japan when i move there] one which would be the size of your kitchen/living room and i'd be goddamn happy :D but... duh, i'm in love with your apartment like way too much.. And the balcony!!! T_T i mean... there could live a big family! Like 4 people at least! :D and btw... Nelson gets more energetic with your every new video XD

Wow, damn it. Nice appartment it's really pretty big. And what does the rental fee per month cost again ... 70.000 Yen = ~800$ WHAT THE FUCK. You and your dog are awesome. Just like your apparment, stuff and Nagoya the enviroment impressed me very much. Thanks for uploading/making this video!

I never said that it was a weird thing, I just wanted (and still want to know) why they do it.
@Anicstereo
on the east coast in the U.S. $800 a month for rent is cheap!!! Here prices of $1000 or more per month are common.
Sweet apartment Tom! Nelson totally stole the show... He's the cutest boy!

your dog is adorable man...lol I want to visit japan some day.
