I remembered when I was 24, I got this vintage Christian Dior men’s trench coat for like 120 something dollars. I was not sure it was going to be real, but it is. The craftsmanship is bar none. I am 28 now. I still have it and it is fabulous condition. The lining has cds all over it. I can’t believe the steal. It was more money before but I think the Real Real was having a sale.
I have to say I really enjoy that you put subtitles on your videos. They are a bit delayed, but much more reliable than the UA-cam generated ones. Also, great vid as always:)
@percish I'll check, I'm not sure actually! But nothing to worry about, it's like ≈ 5 seconds max. English isn't my first language, so I sometimes have to rely on subtitles to understand everything
Your puffer coat is so cute! I used to have some Bill Blass jeans that I called my "sisterhood of the traveling pants." They just magically looked amazing on me (when all my other jeans did not). I guess they eventually got stretched out and faded--I'd thrifted them in the first place. But I still have fond memories of them
I got a Forecaster of Boston wool coat on eBay for $50 (retail $200) and it's incredible. I never understood how people wore wool coats all winter cause I'd only had cheap wool coats and they didn't feel too warm. But this coat is the real deal. I hope to wear it for many years.
I'm 5' tall so petite but I have pretty muscular arms/shoulders and a full bust so I always ask for arm and chest measurements and I compare those to my favorite garments.
Totally with you on the Japanese fits for arms/back. If you have bigger arms/broader chest and shoulders totally ask about back length and arm hole circumference.
This video came at a great time. I feel like I'm a little earlier in my clothing thought process than you lol so this video is nice to see. Good to have as reference! I just bought a $60 coat from eBay. It's a wool coat from Ralph Lauren. I was reminded of it bc of your black coat. No quirky design on mine but I'm hoping it will be an everyday long coat for me too. I'm getting it to replace my shorter gray coat
does anyone know what the yohji yamamoto pt2 jacket ( 9:19 ) is called? just the name of clothing piece in general, I’m looking to buy something similar
"no cold gets thru this" goes weirdly hard actually
Love the Bill Blass coat - especially the yellow side.
@@Westlake72 Absolutely! I actually have been wearing the yellow side more and more as time goes on

@@Sol-jp9yw of course! I’m sorry to hear that they are delayed. Is that all my videos or this one in particular?

@ no worries you don’t have to check! I was just wondering if it was something you had noticed consistently
@percish not that I can remember! but I'll tell you next video if it's happening again:)

The Bill Blass coat is coool!!
would love a full showing of all your scarves, it would help me inform my wardrobe given that you ended on a note of matching what you already have
The dries coat would go nice with brown or beige potentially

Notifs are on! ❤
Pretty sure that the Y-3 puffer is supposed to be worn both ways as l have a Korean shirt in a very similar design - with two collars.
you need to do a rundown of your shirt collection!
Curious on your winter boots and shoes rotation
