@@preitychinwendu603 just followed the CMD commands in video. Somewhere in your system, recovery files are stored. In my case I found them in F drive.

No brother IP address doesn't changes And IMEI number also if you need to use stolen laptops then you can also install other OS like a Linux ext.. kyunki Linux Jaise operating systemopen source hote hain aur usmein aap apne IP address IMEI number ko change kar sakte ho ya FIR Kisi ped software se bhi aap apne windows ka IP address aur IMEI change kar sakte ho.
Matlab IMEI aur IP address same rakhoge to pakde jaaoge.

We can also reduce some steps in method 2
Simply replace the utilman with cmd and after rebooting in cmd we can reset the password using the command (net user "username" *)
